My name is Barbara, and I’m from Maryland and also Nigerian. My main fitness goal over the next few months is to lose weight in a healthy, sustainable way while getting stronger and staying consistent with my workouts. I joined this group because I want to learn how to still enjoy my cultural foods while still trying to lose weight, and staying motivated.
