👋 Introduce Yourself — Let’s Build Intentionally
Welcome to LevelUp Collective. This is a space for adults who are ready to grow in how they relate — not blame, not diagnose, not dissect other people. Before we go anywhere, introduce yourself below 👇 Share whatever feels aligned and consider answering a few of these: • What brings you here right now? • What type of relationship are you most wanting to improve? (romantic, work, family, self) • When conflict happens, what’s your default pattern? (take over, withdraw, get sharp, over-explain, etc.) • What does “secure” feel like to you? • What is one relational pattern you’re ready to take ownership of? You don’t have to overshare. You don’t have to perform. This isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being willing. And willingness is powerful. 👇

I’m Barb. I’m here to learn and work on healing. I want to work on all relationships, I’m all of the above default patterns and then some, I have no clue what secure feels like- not sure I’ve ever felt it. I rely on myself and rarely on anyone else. I take ownership of all my patterns- I want to work on everything- just one step at a time.

@Rachel Beaudette thank you for your wonderful words and encouragement. I’m not sure if you’ve ever heard the term “childhood emotional neglect”, but whether you have or not, I’m both a child of and product of it. I learned all the patterns, triggers, etc mentioned in the description I read when I signed up for this (and now can’t find) because I saw a way of working on myself even more than just my therapy sessions once or twice a month. If you have any suggestions for groups or places to begin, that would be great. I kind of scrolled through some of the groups last evening and was honestly overwhelmed by the choices. I stopped instead of letting myself get confused or frustrated. Thank you.
