Hi everyone, I have an upcoming interview for a digital product leader role and I need your help on this one! ☺️ My second interview was soft skills and culture fit oriented. This third interview will focus more on my hard skills in digital product development/management, agile methodologies and how I work with tech/non-technical people. Overall the role is semi-technical, meaning they have a consultant for the most technical aspects of the role, however, they still want someone with basic technical knowledge. This specific department doesn't have an established product team yet. A big part of this role is to establish more structured cross-functional collaborations and be more agile...
