Frist Hiring
I'm going to hire someone to find leads for me so I can better focus on web design and outreach efforts. This would be my frist remote hiring as the employee would be getting paid on hourly basis. So I'd be mostly relaying on their honesty to tell if they are working or not. What could be the best methods to track their progress? Suggest me best practices and software tools etc which I can use to make the process more transparent. I would really appreciate your inputs.

Free Softwares to find emails of the prospects
Hello Guys, I'm currently building my first list of 1,000 prospects (businesses) for outreach, and I'm using these database software tools (with free versions) to find their emails. 1. Email Chaser (https://www.emailchaser.com/email-finder) 2. Apollo.io (https://www.apollo.io/) 3. Rocketreach (https://rocketreach.co/) 4. Hunter.io (https://hunter.io/) 5. Snov.io (https://snov.io/) I would love to know which free and paid software you use to find emails.

What’s harder: getting your first client or getting to $10k/month?
Most people think the first client is the hardest. It feels like breaking into a locked room with no key. You’re cold DMing, testing offers, tweaking pitches, and wondering if anyone will ever say yes. But hitting $10k/month is a different kind of hard, now it’s about consistency, systems, and scaling past your own effort. It’s no longer about can you get a client? It’s about can you get clients every month, without burning out? Some say the first client is the biggest wall. Others say $10k is where most agencies die. What do you think is harder — the first “yes,” or building a system that makes $10k every month?

@Jacques Engelbrecht what I do is that I pull off the websites of Google and then find out the names of the decision makers through their website/Linkdlen and then use services like email hunter, rocket reach etc to find their emails. Wish you luck 🤞
Discovery Call or Direct Proposal?
After conducting research, I discovered that when targeting small companies, such as those in the construction industry, the decision-makers are often busy on-site, have short attention spans, and are non-tech-savvy. Therefore, to achieve a higher close ratio, it is better to send them a 5-minute questionnaire instead of booking a meeting and then sending them the proposal. Would skipping the discovery call only for this type of buyer persona be a smart move?

@Mohamed Alhammadi thank you so much!
3 mistakes I see on many business websites
1. Slow loading pages people leave before they see your offer. 2. No clear call to action visitors don’t know what to do next. 3. Too much text they get tired and click away. Fix these and you’ll keep visitors longer. Which one do you think is hurting your site the most?
