I'm going to hire someone to find leads for me so I can better focus on web design and outreach efforts. This would be my frist remote hiring as the employee would be getting paid on hourly basis. So I'd be mostly relaying on their honesty to tell if they are working or not.
What could be the best methods to track their progress? Suggest me best practices and software tools etc which I can use to make the process more transparent. I would really appreciate your inputs.
