Open your admin dashboard and look at the last 30 days. How many new members joined? And how many went from free trial to paying? If the answer is zero, switch back to free today. Here's why, in plain terms. Charging doesn't create demand. It filters it. A paid gate only works when enough people are already arriving, and enough of them already trust you, that some of them will pay to get through. The price catches people who were coming anyway. If nobody is coming through, the gate isn't filtering anything. It's just a wall. And a wall in front of an empty street tells you nothing about whether people would pay. So zero joins after going paid doesn't mean "paid doesn't work for me". It means you've got two problems the paywall is now hiding: → Traffic. Not enough people are finding the community in the first place. → Conversion. The ones who do find it aren't convinced enough to commit. Neither gets fixed behind a paywall. Both get fixed in the open, where people can walk in, see the value, and tell you what's missing. The rule I'd use: Stay paid only if it's converting. If it isn't, go back to free, fix traffic and conversion, and put the price back on once people are queuing at the door. What did your last 30 days show?

FALL INTO JOY — a free 7-day challenge (Sept 15–21) 🍂
September 15–21 | Free | Online Community Most of us are waiting. Waiting until the body recovers, the launch lands, or things calm down to finally feel good. I waited 38 years while chronically ill, believing joy was the reward at the end. I had it backward: Joy isn't the reward — it's the condition that makes healing and peace possible. A mind or body held in alarm cannot repair. Starting September 15th, we practice joy on purpose: - Day 1: Joy Isn't Earned — Unhooking from the need to earn peace. - Day 2: The Mind Can't Touch This — Remembering you are not the noise. - Day 3: Play in the Ethers — Doing one thing with no score or outcome. - Day 4: Joy Lives in the Senses — Using your built-in presence detectors. - Day 5: Joy Given Away — Expanding joy by handing it out. - Day 6: What the Trees Are Doing — Letting go without treating it like loss. - Day 7: Fall Into Joy — Crossing the threshold into the new season. How it works: 6–9 minutes a day. A short morning practice, one question, and space to share. Zero cost, no streaks, and no way to fail. If you've been running on pure effort, come drop the fight. 👉 Join free: https://www.skool.com/inner-healer-school (Comment JOY on the pinned post inside to get added. Late joiners are always fine.)

Why Do Members Stop Visiting a Skool Community?
I’ve been thinking about the communities we join...and then quietly stop visiting. Not the ones we dramatically leave. The ones we simply drift away from. Maybe we were excited when we joined. Maybe we introduced ourselves. Maybe we even participated for a while. And then, at some point, we stopped opening the community. No big decision. No complaint. We just...stopped coming back. That makes me wonder whether we sometimes look at community retention from the wrong end. We ask: How do we get members to come back? But maybe there's an earlier question: What happened between “I want to be here” and “I forgot to come back”? 🔬 A little field research today: Think about the last online community you stopped visiting. Was there a specific moment when it lost you? Or did you simply drift away? And if you drifted...do you know why? I'm genuinely curious what we discover when we compare experiences. Maybe we'll find a pattern. 💜🔬

To me it's a matter of bandwidth, so many groups so little free time. Some groups I really enjoy, I simply cannot keep up.
FINAL HOURS — Free Kindle edition (#1 across 8 countries) ⏰
Healing Isn't Your Job goes back to $7.99 at midnight PDT tonight (3 AM ET). Just a few hours left to grab it for $0.00. The Reach So Far: Over the past six days, it hit #1 in 14 categories across the US, UK, Germany, Australia, and Canada—plus charted in the Netherlands, India, and Mexico. Zero ad spend. (Full transparency: these are Amazon's free charts, not paid. Smaller mountain, and I'd rather state that clearly than let anyone assume otherwise. But it placed the work into hundreds of hands worldwide.) 📖 Grab your copy while it’s free: 👉 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0HF2RBHWX (No Kindle device needed—read on any phone, tablet, or laptop using the free app). The Core Premise: The mind thinks healing is its job. It isn't. When something hurts, the mind jumps in—"I'll figure this out"—and starts analyzing, researching, and controlling. But the mind doesn't actually know how to heal you; it’s guessing and calling it control. I spent 38 years chronically ill—living with MS, bipolar, migraines, and psoriatic arthritis, relying on a cane, a walker, and 13 daily prescriptions. 15 years ago, I stopped handing that job to my mind. Today, I walk freely without daily medications. It's as much about overthinking as it is about illness. If you've ever researched a problem into the ground instead of living your life, the Five Depths of Head Trash inside will feel uncomfortably familiar. 306 pages · Non-fiction · Free for a few more hours Grab it now for $0—it'll stay in your library forever, ready to read whenever you're ready.

Final call: Healing Isn't Your Job is 100% FREE ($0.00) on Kindle through end of day today, Tuesday, Sept 1st. Tomorrow it goes back to $7.99. Over the weekend, the book reached: 🏆 #1 in Chronic Pain 🏆 #1 in Pain Management 🏆 #1 in New Age Mental & Spiritual Healing (Full transparency: these are Amazon's free charts, not the paid ones. But it still put the work directly into the hands of hundreds of people looking for relief.) 📖 Grab your copy while it’s free: 👉 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0HF2RBHWX (No Kindle device needed—read on any phone, tablet, or laptop using the free Kindle app). The Core Premise: The mind thinks healing is its job. It isn't. When something hurts, the mind jumps in—"I'll figure this out"—and starts researching, analyzing, and controlling. I spent 38 years chronically ill—living with MS, bipolar, migraines, and psoriatic arthritis, relying on a cane, a walker, and 13 daily meds. 15 years ago, I stopped handing the job of healing over to my mind. Today, I walk freely without daily medications. This isn't a promise of a "cure," and it never asks you to leave your doctor. It’s about putting down the mental fight around the illness so something deeper can lead. Thank you to everyone here who grabbed a copy, wrote a review, or shared the link. This community moved the needle far more than I expected!
