(CALL REPLAY) The Electric Body, Coherence & Healing with Eileen McKusick
What an extraordinary evening together. A heartfelt thank you to every one of you who joined us live for another If I Can, You Can gathering inside Earth 2.0. These evenings continue to remind us that true transformation doesn’t come from consuming more information—it comes from slowing down, becoming present, asking better questions, and experiencing life differently. This week’s conversation with Eileen McKusick was one of those experiences. For over three decades, Eileen has explored the relationship between sound, electricity, the human biofield, and healing. Rather than asking us to believe anything, she invited us to become curious—to observe, experience, and reconnect with the incredible intelligence already present within our own bodies. If you missed the live event, we highly encourage you to watch the replay with a journal nearby. There were many moments that deserve to be listened to more than once. Some of the Biggest Takeaways: Your body is electric. Every heartbeat, every thought, every nerve impulse is electrical. Our biology isn’t just chemistry—it’s also electricity, vibration, frequency, and information. When we begin understanding ourselves this way, health becomes more than simply treating symptoms. We begin asking deeper questions about communication, coherence, and the quality of the signals moving throughout the body. The body remembers. One of Eileen’s most fascinating insights is that our experiences don’t simply disappear. Stress, trauma, injuries, emotional events, and even long-forgotten memories can leave informational patterns within our energetic field. The goal isn’t to relive them—it is to help the system process, reorganize, and return to greater harmony. Healing often begins with becoming aware of what the body has been holding onto. Noise vs. Signal One of the most powerful concepts from the evening was improving our signal-to-noise ratio. Life constantly adds “noise”—stress, overwhelm, emotional reactivity, unresolved experiences, environmental inputs, and distraction.

Wow! This was such a great call! I am sure I've heard Eileen before on another talk somewhere. I remember being in awe of what sound can do. I love her energy and attitude, the focus on working inside to make the external world better "Bless you, we're all jerks sometimes" being able to send coherence to others throughout our day, so amazing that perspective 💖. I noticed with the tuning forks while sitting upright, when she said uncross legs and arms, it was difficult for me to feel comfortable sitting up, but as we went through I was sitting up more straight and noticing tension in parts of my body and how they were reducing, lastly to my neck. I've had a lot of issues expressing out loud in the past. I used to sing and occasionally do now for fun, but I'm so inspired to check out her website and try singing and exploring further. I know I feel like I keep repeating myself but I am constantly feeling so much gratitude for this community and these experiences 🙏 🙌 ❤️ thank you again!!!
Hybrid Breathwork for emotional release
I just wanted to share my first journal entry and affirmation after completing the hybrid breathwork for emotional release: I am ready to start anew. I am ready to break away from the past feelings that have been holding me back. I have have learned from my experiences and am grateful for what they have taught me. I am ready to feel and move with confidence in my life with more joy and hope and love. I will no longer be held back by those feelings of inadequacy. I am unique, I am strong, I am brave; no one on Earth is quite like me. We each add something to this collective fire and I will make mine shine as bright and colorful as can be. Thank you all for this community 🙏. Wishing love and the most positive thoughts for everyone on their journey.

@Pavel Aeon I am grateful for what your team and this community is building 🙏, so thank you and for all, for inspiring us towards our most true selves.
Today, let us witness each other.
For a moment, slow down. Take one deep breath. Then finish these two sentences honestly. Today I am grateful for… and Right now I could use support with… It doesn’t have to be big. Maybe you’re celebrating something. Maybe you’re healing. Maybe you’re rebuilding. Maybe you’re simply trying to make it through today. Whatever it is, you’re welcome here. Our nervous systems heal in safe connection—not only in isolation. After you share, take a minute to reply to someone else’s comment with encouragement, kindness, or simply let them know they aren’t alone. Let’s remind each other what Earth 2.0 is really about. A world where people feel seen. A world where people feel heard. A world where people belong. We’re grateful you’re here.
Today, let us witness each other.

@Pavel Aeon Thank you for your response. I did a short training this morning after my meditation. It didn't last long, but I think if I just keep doing it right after I prepare my mind, it will be easier, like you said and become more consistent. I have consistently been walking in nature with my dog, some barefoot. It is always nice and peaceful That is a good point to not rely on technology for awareness I'm trying to build. I do feel more free without my watch so maybe I don't need it. It's likely something that adds more screen time. I really liked looking at my sleep cycles, heart rate, set timers and alarms but some of that I can do on my phone and hear it in another room.
⚡ Beyond Caffeine Masterclass Recap & Takeaway
One of the biggest insights from our conversation with Matthew Coffman was this: Most people don’t have a caffeine problem. They have an energy production problem. We live in a world where exhaustion has become normal. Instead of asking why we’re tired, we’ve been conditioned to reach for another cup of coffee, another energy drink, or another stimulant just to make it through the day. The challenge is that stimulants don’t create energy—they temporarily borrow it. If you’ve ever felt wired but tired, crashed in the afternoon, struggled to sleep after coffee, or found yourself needing more caffeine just to feel normal, this conversation was for you. The Biggest Takeaways: 1. Real energy is created at the cellular level. Your mitochondria are responsible for producing energy. When they’re supported with the right nutrients, minerals, sleep, movement and environment, your body naturally produces more energy. When they’re overwhelmed by chronic stress, toxins, poor sleep, nutrient deficiencies or inflammation, no amount of caffeine can fully compensate. Instead of constantly asking, “What can wake me up?” start asking, “Why is my body struggling to produce energy in the first place?” 2. Coffee isn’t necessarily the enemy—but it isn’t right for everyone. Matthew explained that genetics, nervous system health, toxin load and overall resilience all influence how someone responds to caffeine. Some people tolerate coffee extremely well. Others experience anxiety, elevated cortisol, digestive discomfort, heart palpitations, afternoon crashes or disrupted sleep. As many of you know, after years of chronic illness and nervous system dysregulation, my own body became incredibly sensitive to caffeine. What once gave me energy eventually became something that made me feel significantly worse. The key takeaway is simple: Listen to your body—not someone else’s. 3. Why Paraxanthine is generating so much interest One of the most fascinating parts of our discussion was learning about Paraxanthine.

@Paulo Ruvalcaba very insightful takeaways. Thank you for sharing your knowledge from your experience reading Stevenson's book. It's very interesting, I'll research more. My husband drinks 2-3 espresso a day and I'm curious how it affects him. He doesn't drink it after noon, but if he needs it and he doesn't get it, he's a grumpy bear lol. He also used to not be able to sleep, but now he's got a routine of sleep/wake and it's helped immensely. I haven't tried helping someone get off of it yet, but it has to be their choice, otherwise it will be very difficult to be successful.

I'm always curious to learn more about the body outside of the box of the traditional. I'm an occupational therapy assistant, but want to do more!
