Day 6 Fear. This was relaxing and calm. I noticed I stopped thinking about perfecting the breath, but just breathing and becoming aware. If I stopped paying attention though, I was able to recognize and resume without punishing myself for it. I was confused at first about looking at my hand afterwards, but it does bring you back into the moment focusing on your body, being in control, and being safe.

@Daniel Klingemann I just finished my day 6. Thank you for sharing your experiences. It gave me courage to share mine. How is your journey going? I will agree grief is the toughest one. This practice has been enlightening and also has helped me recognize some things my body/ mind needs time before it fully processes. Like my grief for someone who is still here rather than someone I'd lost. I was confused, but my body knows what I need. This is a journey and I'm glad there's a supportive community to help learn and process with. Positive thoughts and love towards you and all on your path!

It was a great moment in time preserved for others to also experience. Thank you for choosing to bring everyone together ā¤ļø. I think I got stuck on the idea of abundance because of my gratitude for what has happened, both good and bad in the past. I didn't want to let it go, reflecting back now, so I felt a little disjointed. So for me, I'm building awareness of that and maybe it is the monkey mind. I will connect here again and see if anything changes with another round. And maybe that is what prevented me from feeling the others in the experience--I felt as if I was reaching more towards people in my life. Previous sessions I have felt more connected to the group in the call. How did anyone else feel?

River Otter Medicine
The last few weeks I’ve been trying to channel more play in my life. Noticing stressful patterns I’ve put on myself for years, and how much I’ve tried to control/dictate myself and others to stay ā€œsafeā€. This is a huge theme in my family - stress, control, and a disconnect from the feminine. I’ve recently been working to release these feelings - incorporate more play, not take life so seriously, and channeling feminine energy. And this morning - I saw a river otter running through my yard! When I googled otter medicine, this was what popped up. Felt like a really cool connection. For anyone that needs permission to be playful and to let go of the pressure you put on yourself…This is your sign ✨

I was just talking to my husband today about play. As he was driving he said he saw a guy suddenly stop walking to pick a dandelion. As he blew the dandelion my husband said the guy had the biggest look of joy on his face. Sometimes we need to be that kid again, enjoy the little things! Thank you for sharing
