@Ryan Belitsky - from today's Q&A Session This offer is conditional upon The Buyer obtaining, at The Buyer's own expense, any and all required approvals from the necessary governing bodies with jurisdiction over this property, and the obtaining of a result satisfactory to The Buyer in his sole and absolute discretion. Unless the Buyer gives notice in writing delivered to the Seller personally or in accordance with any other provisions for the delivery of notice in this Agreement of Purchase and Sale or any Schedule thereto not later than _____ p.m. on the ______day of ____________, 20____, that this condition is fulfilled, this Offer shall be null and void and the deposit shall be returned to the Buyer in full without deduction. The Seller agrees to co-operate in providing access to the property for the purpose of this inspection. This condition is included for the benefit of the Buyer and may be waived at the Buyer’s sole option by notice in writing to the Seller as aforesaid within the time period stated herein.

No one came here to have less free time or money; I can probably guarantee that. BUT specifically, Why do you want to invest in real estate vs any other possible place you could focus your time and allocate your hard-earned money? Do you believe it is the most likely path towards a high net worth? Is it because it is something you can understand and control? Do you want to retire at a certain age? Do you want to build a legacy to pass on to your kids? Do you feel like you just don't have any other way to keep up with the rising cost of living? At the very start of this course, we asked you what your goals were with this course. Many of you outlined investing for the first time or figuring out how to scale as an answer. But from there, we have never asked you...WHY?! The reason I ask this question now is that we are looking deeply into how to shape this program and community over the next 6 months, and understanding your why for being here and for setting the goals you have set is key to making sure we are building in the right direction. In addition to your goals, please let us know any other way we can help you get there quicker outside of our current outline for the next six months.
