Tuesday Tea Time Trivia: Balanced Energy Blend + Adaptogens vs. Stimulants: What's the Difference?
It's a long post but loads of information!! Sustainable Energy vs. Quick Fixes! This week we're featuring a nourishing adaptogenic blend AND exploring the crucial difference between adaptogens and stimulants. Discover why adaptogens offer sustainable energy and resilience while stimulants provide quick but temporary boosts! Meet This Week's Blend: Balanced Energy Tea This harmonizing blend features ashwagandha, tulsi, licorice root, ginger, and rose petals. It's designed to support sustained energy, stress resilience, and overall vitality without the crash that comes with stimulants. 🌟Herb Spotlight🌟 - Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) Known as "Indian winter cherry," this powerful adaptogen helps regulate cortisol levels, supports adrenal function, and provides sustained energy without overstimulation. It's especially helpful for stress-related fatigue. - Tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum, Holy Basil) This sacred adaptogen promotes calm alertness and helps the body adapt to stress. Tulsi supports healthy energy levels while maintaining mental clarity and emotional balance. - Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) A sweet adaptogen that supports adrenal function and helps regulate blood sugar. Licorice provides gentle, sustained energy while harmonizing the other herbs in the blend. - Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale) While not an adaptogen, ginger adds warming energy and supports circulation. It enhances the absorption of other herbs while providing gentle stimulation without jitters. - Rose Petals (Rosa centifolia) These heart-opening flowers add emotional support and natural sweetness. Rose petals help balance the earthier adaptogens while supporting the heart and nervous system. Benefits of the Balanced Energy BlendThis blend works with your body's natural rhythms to provide sustained energy and stress resilience. The adaptogens (ashwagandha, tulsi, licorice) support your adrenal glands and help you maintain steady energy throughout the day, while ginger and rose add warmth and heart support.

I have to give you credit, I was making a cup of tea from a blend using your coaching app and my co-worker wanted to know the difference on coffee and tea...so then I went into items just like this because you have taught me so much!
SO EXCITED!! Page 3 and 13
I decided to find out where this amazing community is listed when you search for Herbalism and Mindfulness. To my surprise, when you search herbalism, we are on page 3 of 34 pages!!! I feel that is amazing, especially with so many communities that offer herbalism education. However, when I search for this community in Mindfulness, we are on page 13....but not page 34!!! I would love to make page 1 in both categories but I have tons of work to do before that happens. That is my goal, to be on page 1 when searching for herbalism or mindfulness. I am hopeful for the future and love being apart of the Skool community.

POLL Chit Chat Happy Hour
Chit Chat Happy Hour - Help Me Pick the Perfect Time! Hey beautiful souls! 🌿✨ I'm SO excited - I have the whole week of March 8-14th off, which means it's the perfect time for our next Chit Chat Happy Hour! But here's the thing... I need YOUR help figuring out when works best for everyone. You know how much I love our real, unfiltered conversations where we can show up exactly as we are - no perfect wellness masks required! Whether we're celebrating our wins, laughing about our epic fails, or just needing to feel less alone in this beautiful chaos of trying to take care of ourselves (and everyone else), these gatherings always fill my heart. So grab your favorite drink and let's figure this out together! The week: March 8-14th What I need from you: Take the poll below with what day/time combo would work best for you that week. Think about when you could actually show up and be present (not rushing kids to activities or sneaking away from work calls 😉). I will then collect data and ask a more specific time. I will be asking for other times because I will have a challenge during that week as well. Some options I'm thinking: - Weekday evening after dinner? - Weekday afternoon while the family's busy? - Morning coffee chat before the day gets crazy? - Something else entirely? I want to make sure as many of you as possible can join us for some authentic connection, good laughs, and that feeling of "oh thank goodness, I'm not the only one!" Drop your preferences below and let's make this happen! 💕 Can't wait to see your faces and catch up on what's really going on in your worlds!
