Time To Move On
I've been doing a lot of thinking lately. Particularly, how can I best serve the veteran community. Over the last 6 years I've coached over 200 veterans, published over 250 podcasts, organized international veteran business conferences, written 3 books, been featured on local and national news and have learned more in 6 years than I have in the last 30. Like Mark England shared with me on the podcast, "There's only two states in life, growth and death" During this growth phase, I've learned that I love to share knowledge (not surprising since I'm a teacher by trade) and I enjoy the creative process of creating great podcast episodes; I also enjoy being face to face with folks who are committed to becoming better humans. That being said, it's time for me to transition out of online coaching and focus on creating more value on my podcast and in the community. What does this mean? It means I won't be offering anymore coaching programs - Veterans Getting Fit AF is all you get out of me 😆 This will allow me to focus my energy on what I feel called to do which is podcast and be a force for change by representing the health and fitness needs of veterans on a bigger stage. Before I close my coaching programs for good I want to thank @Jordan Lobb for his amazing work keeping our BEAST clients accountable and getting in the best shape of their lives. I wanted you to have one last shot at one of our online programs on our app before we close the doors June 7th. 💪 EVERYONE GETS A 50% DISCOUNT on ALL PROGRAMS WITH CODE >> H2K50 << https://www.trainerize.me/profile/morrowconsultingandtraininginc/Dave.Morrow/ THFE Dave

Huge respect to each and every one of you. It's very rewarding to work with people that strive to be better versions of themselves. I'm humbled to have been a small part of some of your journeys. I would love to continue working with anyone from this group that wants to give one on one coaching a try or keep at it. Feel free to message me and I will do my best to keep you fit AF. Thanks to Dave for all the hard work and effort its been a pleasure creating beast after beast with you Sir!

How do you recover?
Recovery is just as important as training. some of my strategies for effective recovery include: ✔️ Stretching & Yoga – Promotes flexibility and reduces muscle tightness ✔️ Hot & Cold Therapy – Cold plunge, sauna, and hot tub to aid circulation and muscle repair ✔️ Quality Sleep – Aiming for at least 8 hours to support recovery and performance ✔️ Clean Eating – Fueling the body with nutrient-dense foods ✔️ Rest Days – Allowing muscles and the nervous system to fully recover These practices help maintain energy levels and prevent burnout. What are your go-to recovery methods? Share below! ⬇️

I put them on one leg at a time...
After hitting my target weight after 2 years of work, it feels so good to buy new pants. I'm not afraid that I will have to put the big ones back on in a couple of days because of bad eating habits. I love food now- in the right way. This better relationship with food helps me have a great relationship with myself.
