I have been getting 8.5 hours of exercise the past 2 weeks. The. Standard is to try and match that or better this week. It may be unrealistic if my body says more rest. Breakfast yogurt, banana and protein drink. Lunch salad with chicken and cheese. Protein drink for 2 pm Break.
