My name is Ayu Im from Ubud Bali currently living in USA . I’m a breathwork guide and space holder for transformation, nervous system regulation, and emotional release. I’m here because I believe healing doesn’t have to be complicated—sometimes it starts with slowing down, breathing deeper, and listening to the body. My work is rooted in helping people release stored stress and reconnect with their inner wisdom through breath and presence. Excited to learn, share, and grow alongside this community.
