@Eric William Haha, blame my brain for hoarding random history nuggets like a deranged squirrel. No super glue back then, that was found more recently. Time machine's in the shop for an oil change, but if it fires up, I'll snag you some authentic 1800s album graecum (fancy Latin for dog turd chalk) as a souvenir. 😁πŸ”₯πŸ’ͺ🏻 Full disclosure: I had to look that word up as I couldn't remember it πŸ˜‹

You WILL have setbacks, and that's okay, press on regardless!
Following today's call with @Goose Dunlavey and the community, I'm writing the story I shared in the hope of inspiring my fellow geese. πŸ’– Fitness has been a big part of my journey, and not always an easy one. When I first started running, my body couldn’t handle it; I threw up for five days straight before I could finally exercise without that reaction. Over time, I built up my endurance, eventually running a half-marathon and making cool videos like the one attached. Then life hit me with a setback: a car accident that injured my liver and kept me out of training for a very, very long time. While I kept making progress in my business regardless, my health was struggling, and I had to take the time to heal properly. Now I’m finally back to running, taking it step by step, pushing my limits again, and reminding myself that fitness (just like life and business) is about resilience, consistency, and never, ever, giving up. πŸ’ͺ Excited to connect, learn, and grow stronger, both in fitness and business, with this community! πŸ‘Š - A running goose
