You WILL have setbacks, and that's okay, press on regardless!
Following today's call with @Goose Dunlavey and the community, I'm writing the story I shared in the hope of inspiring my fellow geese. π Fitness has been a big part of my journey, and not always an easy one. When I first started running, my body couldnβt handle it; I threw up for five days straight before I could finally exercise without that reaction. Over time, I built up my endurance, eventually running a half-marathon and making cool videos like the one attached. Then life hit me with a setback: a car accident that injured my liver and kept me out of training for a very, very long time. While I kept making progress in my business regardless, my health was struggling, and I had to take the time to heal properly. Now Iβm finally back to running, taking it step by step, pushing my limits again, and reminding myself that fitness (just like life and business) is about resilience, consistency, and never, ever, giving up. πͺ Excited to connect, learn, and grow stronger, both in fitness and business, with this community! π - A running goose
