Bio: I’m Alison, living and teaching yoga in Dublin, Ireland. I’ve some knowledge of Activated Asanas, 500 hours with YTI and 100 hours Yin yoga.

Bio: As a dancer, teacher, and choreographer my movement practice includes alternative movement systems, awareness, body perception, and yoga therapy.

Bio: Retired public servant, yoga teacher with 200 hour ytt certificate. Teaching yoga to seniors in my community.
