Bio: Just a single mom learning to love & heal myself (mind, body, & spirit) through consistent movement so I can set a good example for my children!

Bio: I’m retired living summers in north Idaho and winters in Tucson. I really want to stay moving and am excited to regain flexibility and strength.

Bio: Raenee (pronounced Rainy). Only parent to active seven year old son. Former gymnast looking to move 10-15 years younger than my age (41). Onward!
