Zero Editors. 5.2 Million Views. One Client.
A few months back I started building AI content systems for clients, fully automated, no editors, no script writers, no managers, nothing manual. The numbers still surprise me every time I look at them. One reel hit 5,251,777 views. 93.9% came from people who had never seen the account before, meaning 2.8 million completely new accounts discovered the brand through content alone. No paid ads. No cold outreach. Just consistent content the algorithm kept pushing because it never stopped running. That same system generated 42 inbound leads and helped close $25,800 in business across four different clients. Here's the actual lesson in this. Most businesses don't have a content problem, they have a consistency problem. Remove the human bottleneck and the algorithm rewards you for showing up every single day without fail. AI doesn't get tired. Doesn't take a sick day. Doesn't forget to post because life got busy. That's the whole system. If you want to see exactly how this works, drop a comment or send me a DM.

How do you automate whilst working 9-5
I am working in a 9-5 role, what tools can I use that will help me my normal day to day activities, I am an IT Professional and wish to try to automate some to help clients but I can see that reporting could be a good thing as I haven't come across like that as of now where a monthly or weekly report is sent to IT managers on their estate. I'll be frank, since joining, I haven't completed the 7 day challenge and wish to find a nice where I can attract clients as I feel AI automation is a buzz word. Any input would be appreciated as i'd like to start my own AI agency with real work Thanks all O

@Jason Elam Thanks Jason, that really helps, as I have noticed that IT managers perhaps don't get weekly or monthly reports on their environment, aside from IT side, what other niche could I perhaps focus on, as I think AI receptionist, AI voice, Chatbot or agents are done to death. Funny that I was watching a video where AI is slightly expensive but if it means it will save them time, money and have ability to focus on something else then surely its money well spent. How does one start, as in what AI tools would be needed especially if tokens can get expensive

this is really awesome, looked so simple to create, are any other tools needed to get this started other than Vapi etc, what about phone number or something?
New here, bringing AI to my whole team
Hi everyone, glad to be here. I run a company of about 100 people, and I want to get AI working across the whole team, not just for me. Two things I'm chasing: a "second brain" so the important stuff stops living in my head, and a proper management operating system, more than the Power BI reports I already get, something that actually drives behaviour and action. If you've rolled AI out across a team, what's the one thing you wish you'd known on day one?

What is cost everyone is occurring to run Claude or any other tools
I’ve been looking at the wins people are achieving in the AI automation space, but one thing I don’t see discussed as often is the cost of getting started. Before landing your first client, what monthly costs were you already carrying? For example: - Claude, ChatGPT or other AI subscriptions - Zapier, Make or n8n - Hosting, domains and email - Voice AI or video tools - CRM, outreach or lead-generation software - Any other tools you felt were essential How much were you spending each month before revenue started coming in? Did you keep your stack very lean, use free tiers, or invest early and treat it as a business expense? I’ve always wondered how people balance learning, building demos and testing tools without ending up with a large monthly bill before securing clients. Would be great to hear what your starting stack looked like, what you actually needed, and what you later cancelled.
