The RESET helped me stay more consistent, intentional and accountable to myself by building habits that support the person ik myself to be. I knew I needed structure and accountability, but hadn’t found someone I trusted enough to walk this journey with. The worksheets, AM/PM routines, and meetings helped me stay on track and reflect. Key is incredibly encouraging in a practical way so I am prepared to keep going and focus on the small actions to stop feeling overwhelmed by the bigger goal.🤎
