Guys, I’m a beginner digital marketer and I just landed my first client — an ERP software company. My role is to handle their social media marketing. I know how to manage Instagram (posts, carousels, reels), X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and I can do market analysis and competitor research. We’ll also start running ads soon. But I’m confused about one thing: should I be doing more to deliver the best results? Things like cold emails, AI agents, building an email system, or even cold calls?My client doesn’t know about these and told me that posting on Instagram, X, and LinkedIn is enough for now, and later we can run ads.But for a B2B ERP business… isn’t that too limited? They want to focus mainly on Instagram, but for B2B/ERP, LinkedIn is usually the main platform. I can bring organic growth (slow, obviously), but I can’t guarantee clients. They don’t expect guaranteed leads, but of course, if I generate any, it’s great for me. I don't know what extra features to provide to my client, i am feeling what if i didn't produce good results, get very low followers count? my client will feel bad righ? There’s so much happening in this field and I feel a bit lost. My client thinks this is enough, but I feel like I should be doing more.If you were in my place, what would you do?
