Got goals?
What are some of your goals for 2026? Here's some though provoking questions I want you to reflect on and discuss below if you want. Are you afraid to set goals and commit to them? Do you feel like you don't deserve the good life? Have you defined what you need to be free and happy? Are you comfortable being complacent ? Do you justify it. What beliefs do you need to let go of? Would you guys be down for a training on how to crush goals in the coming year?

What’s helped me the last few years is setting a goal I’m not sure I can complete but I know If I give it everything I got then maybe I can. 5 years ago it was getting sober in rehab, sober living. 4 years ago it was just finishing my first marathon. 3 years ago it was hiking the 2200 mile Appalachian Trail. 2 years ago it was having a baby, getting my personal training certification and then that led to me opening my own business. This year it’s training for a sub 3:30 marathon that now has turned in to new goal of 3:20 after 6 months of training. I’m not sure what next year is yet. Maybe to win the Coast Amateur in Golf. I haven’t decided. What I do know is that with each of these goals it made me change. Getting sober lead me to own my past, love myself, and release control. The Appalachian trail made me realize patience and that hurry is a made up thing and I met my partner which lead me to having a baby and family. This lead me home and while training for my second marathon and getting my personal training certification I started using sauna and cold plunge. This led to me opening my business revive and thrive. This year I picked a marathon goal that I didn’t think I could do. To do the training I had to quit vaping, hire a coach and lean in to learning again. This required me to be discipline and consistent and lead me to this group. By picking hard goals I achieved tons of smaller goals and a life I never could have dreamed of 5 years ago. I realized each time I finished a goal that it was still just me sitting with me. The only real change was the change in that person.
Reflecting on last night's call.
The talk Tony did showed his knowledge and character. He's an awesome value to this group. I've already been using the system he taught this morning with Lindsey. She calmed down after being snappy bc I gave her what she needed. This is what being a complete man is about. Being poised and calm in emotional situations then leading the women, children and other men that need you. You can only use logic if you are able to use your whole brain. You can only know what to do if you learn. That was awesome to put some more tools in the toolbox.

I used it today as well!! I asked Samantha to come look at the Christmas lights I was hanging expecting a complement and then she and told me I was hanging them wrong and how I could do it better. … My first thought was to be defensive and say her way wouldn’t work. …instead I stayed calm and listened to her….sure enough I was hanging them wrong. lol. So many of these type instances

I can see these concepts working with my Brother at work as well.
Gratitude
I'm grateful for each and every one of you. We're stronger together. Gratitude is spiritual.. it's very practical and scientific as well... Psycology, health and wellness in general know being greatful is the way. It's the highest vibration. Prayers start with thank you... The holidays begin with thanksgiving. After I meditate I begin my emotional state change and prayer with gratitude. it just works. That's how we were created. What are you grateful for? Write 1-3 things below and if you don't have a gratitude journal you might see that this practice changes how you feel. We are in the last week of our group challenge. Finish strong!

I am grateful for today. I am grateful for all my suffering that gives me the opportunity to see the world and myself the way I do now. I am grateful for my son and Samantha and to be needed by them. I am grateful to love and to be loved.
Personal Greatness
Unlock your personal greatness by getting out of your way. Get out of survival mode. Get out of your head. Get out of your feelings. Get in tune, aligned , in flow, connected to a higher power, your higher self! I’m pumped about this last week of our group challenge. Let’s invite men to come into this group and start the 30 day challenge. They can start any time. This coming Sunday will be a call where I want everyone to show up. Super Sunday. I’ll be announcing more about it this week. Who will commit to being on it at 7pm Sunday? Let me know below. I expect everyone there if you can be. This is the one call per month we ask everyone to come to. Let’s go.

11/23 check in
Finding a good groove mentally. Not putting as much pressure on myself has helped. Things are going really good in all areas of my life right now and I’ve got some pretty big ideas for the future that I’m being patient with. All that being said I’ve had these cravings to pop in and get a vape or wanting to smoke weed. They come out of nowhere with no real situation attached to them. I try to play the tape out. Tell myself that as soon as it happens all I’m gonna want is for that feeling to not happen (the high feeling) and to stop. It’s what has happened in the past when I do. As soon as I smoke I then want it to go away. I think these cravings usually come when things are going well and I almost get bored with the peace. As soon as I’m doing the next activity or with my family, they go away and it seems crazy that I had them in the first place. Glad I’m able to share with this group. On a positive note I’m pretty stoked that I haven’t had a single energy drink this month. And I turn 38 on thanksgiving day. Gonna be a strong year. 38 just sounds good 💪🏻
