Thoughts? I will be doing podcasts on this, along with portable mortgages, and Fannie dropping the credit score requirement.

I’m curious if it would work better for someone that’s 55-56 yrs old (my case) & downsizing their home or purchasing investment properties. The average life expectancy from the start of the loan through the 50 yrs would probably make it more of a 15-30 yr mortgage. What do you think @Ryan Bakke, CPA ?
