Great that I could watch when I had the time to. All topics impacted me, so reliable. Can’t believe it’s 10 weeks since first one, the time went so fast. It’s all starts with yourself and to be kind to yourself and live your true authentic life. Everything is a choice I love that. Very true. Questioning yourself is key as then you can change. I think having the right support is the only way forward to change for the positive. One step at a time. Thank you Slyivia I am grateful for you. Limiting Beliefs, the Inner Critic & Resilience As we come to the end of this journey, I invite you to reflect on the stories you carry about yourself. Not necessarily the truth about who you are... But the beliefs you learned to believe. 💫 Limiting Beliefs – What negative beliefs about myself do I return to most often? → – Where do I think these beliefs originated? → – Whose voice do they sound like? → – How have these beliefs influenced my choices, relationships, and opportunities? → 🥴 The Inner Critic – What does my inner critic say when I make a mistake? → – How do I speak to myself when I am struggling? → – Would I speak to someone I love the way I speak to myself? → – What is my inner critic trying to protect me from? → 💪Resilience & Attitude – When I look back on my life, what challenges have I already survived? → – What strengths helped me get through those difficult times? → – What have I learned about myself through adversity? → – Do I see myself as broken by my experiences, or shaped by them? → 🖋Rewriting the Narrative – If I no longer believed my biggest limiting belief, what would become possible? → – What would change if I treated myself with more compassion and less criticism? → – What qualities in myself am I ready to recognise and appreciate? → – What kind of relationship do I want to have with myself moving forward? → 🪽Closing Reflection Complete these sentences: 👉 The belief I am ready to let go of is... → 👉 The truth I am beginning to believe about myself is... → 👉 The strength I often forget I have is... → 👉 The person I am becoming is... → 💛 Resilience is not the absence of struggle.
