But here's the catch... ⏳ Don't analyse it. 🧠 Don't overthink it. Your first instinct may reveal something about what your mind is currently focused on. "I'm too much." "I'll never succeed." "I have to earn love." "My needs don't matter." But what if those beliefs are not facts? What if they are simply old conclusions made by a younger version of you trying to make sense of their world? In this final class, we explore how these beliefs shape our lives, relationships, confidence, choices, and self-worth—and how we can begin to challenge them.
