I'll start. I'm Joseph Hinson, I've been doing this author marketing thing since 2008. Worked with over 200 authors, not all of them best-sellers. I've realized my purpose is to help people get what they want out of life. I've realized that it's now time to take my own advice and teach everything I know. I am not an author, but I do write. I have a personal introspective Substack about my perspective, sprituality and stories from the road at https://josephhinson.substack.com. I might work all of that into a book at some point, but right now this Out:think, and this community is my focus. This place is built on the premise that I don't know everything, so I'm looking forward to learning from you guys. My expertise is in building systems around authors to build a following. I will be sharing strategies for author marketing, and specific tactics around systems and tools to make things easier for authors to focus on what they're best at. Right now, the biggest need I have is getting the word out about this community so we can get more authors here. I also need you all to let me know what you need so I can work on building it.
