I love that it gives me structure. We have a nice community of all of us cheering each other on. There is a  vast selection of exercises to chose from on days when you want to do more or learn something new. Plus there are videos by Najah telling us step by step on how to do them correctly. 
Najah is there for us and if we aren’t sure or maybe stuck we can ask her or talk amongst each other with her. I have been on this for three weeks and for once I feel like I’m making a positive change.
