I got my first carrier! He found me on Instagram and we had the sales call today, he signed the contract and sent it back after the call. Our onboarding call is Wednesday and he has a 40ft Hotshot. I'm super excited that this is all coming together. Now I don't feel like I'm 'starting a business' like the business is up and running really quick and im just here for the ride lol. I've only been in the paid course for a month so I know I have a lot to learn. If anyone has any experience with Hotshots, or hotshots in the Texas area, I'd love to pick your brain :)

Im currently working on finding drivers qualified and serious to work and i dont know honestly what app or how to do that any tips?

I found it hard to deal with drivers they keep saying m not a professional cuz i keep asking about eta and why i had some of them staying forever to do fuel nd than they be late for delivery for no reasons any tips?
