Health is Wealth
Hope that everyone has been doing well and progressing in their path. Throughout this and all of your processes, don’t forget to take care of the most important part of your goals; YOU. All the money in the world won’t buy another lifetime. At least a liter to a half gallon of water per day. Eat some leafy greens & some kind of berries. And a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise. Be well. 🙏

@Joseph Jade Well said! Health is the foundation of everything else. Thanks for the reminder. 🙏
This Is How I Say Goodbye.. 👋🏿
Okay so My Cross-Country Hotshot had been sitting for a few days over the holiday weekend, got antsy and started exploring. They found a new load board call FreightLink Solutions, and he booked a couple of Good Loads to get himself moving, which to me spells the beginning of the end. In such cases, I bow out Gracefully and give them a Grand Send Off! 🫡🥂 I'd helped him to expedite the Activation of his Authority and he started with me on Day One, April 27th. He got a lot of $trategy & GaMe which will carry him throughout his career. In return, I got about $1,400 and the Experience of Quarterbacking a Cross-Country Hotshot. I ain't mad at'cha.. ✌🏿✌🏿 #FreightArchitect #IQuarterbackBigTrucks #CargoStarLogistics🥂

@Abdur Rashid Honestly, that sounds like a successful outcome for both sides. You helped build confidence, experience, and momentum for the carrier, while also gaining valuable experience yourself. Respect to that mindset 👏

Just Signed Two More Trucks-Almost 4 Year Authority 🔥🔥🔥
The addition of these two Boxes puts My Fleet at 5, with one inactive. This New Carrier, with his Excellently Aged Authority, comes to me courtesy of My Buddy who got fired from Amazon and called me looking for Opportunities. The new guy also comes from Amazon. I detailed a very generous compensation package to My Buddy for bringing this guy on: After 1st Week- $100 cash and $2000 Free Dispatch After 30 Days- Another $100 cash and another $2000 Free Dispatch For each truck! 😮 After I actually sat down and did math, it was a bit more generous than I intended, 😄 but if I can hold the trucks for 2 or 3 months, then it more than pays for itself. The main thing is that I wanted to be MORE than fair, so my buddy could never come back and be like, "I brought you two trucks and you gave me peanuts!" 👎🏿 That's 600 Real Dollars in his pocket-per truck-which is $1200 Total After 30 Days! 🙌🏿 And all he had to do was promo and intro. I'm still the one having to do the Dispatch work. I believe I'm maxed out on Boxes now. Bring on the Semis and Cross-Country Hotshots! #FreightArchitect #IQuarterbackBigTrucks✌🏿 #CargoStarLogistics🥂

Experienced Dispatchers: What’s One Mistake Beginners Should Avoid Early On?
As a beginner currently learning dispatching, one thing I’m realizing is how much communication, trust, and market knowledge matter in this industry. For experienced dispatchers and carriers here: What is one mistake beginners should avoid early on?

@Tasha Bennett Absolutely! Questions and feedback like this are really valuable, especially for beginners trying to understand the industry properly.

@Kay Blacknall Exactly! The more we learn dispatching, the more questions come to mind. Watching lectures is one thing, but implementing everything in real situations is completely different.
Introduction
👋 Hi, I’m Crystal Brewer aka Kween! Hi my name is Kween I live in Nacogdoches, Tx and I plan on making $10,000 per month dispatching trucks. I want to get these 3 things from this course/community: 1.  How to get my first carrier 2.  How to be a very successful dispatcher 3. To learn everything that I should and need to know about becoming a dispatcher company For fun I like to do these 3 things: 1.  Sing/dance 2.  Spending time with family/friends 3.  Learning something new that valuable to my life

@Crystal Brewer Welcome Kween! 😊I really like your mindset and the clear goals you’ve set for yourself. Wanting to build a successful dispatching company and aiming for $10k/month is definitely possible with consistency and learning the business step by step. I’m curious — what made you choose dispatching specifically? Was it something you already had experience around, or did you discover it recently? 🚛

@Crystal Brewer That’s actually very relatable. Social media definitely introduced a lot of people to dispatching, but once you start learning, you realize there’s much more depth to the industry than those short clips show. I’m still quite new to the journey myself — it’s been around 2 weeks for me. I became interested through family as one of my cousins works in dispatching, and then my curiosity kept growing as I learned more about the business side of the industry.
