Boom! Last weekend I was awarded the Icon of the Training Industry Award from Andy Harrington’s Professional Speaker Academy. What a great night! Coming from council estates to moments like this… it reminds me that it doesn’t matter where you start. If you’re hungry, committed and willing to back yourself, you can create something great. I want to say a massive thank you to my wife, my kids, my friends and my mentors. Your support, your love, your belief, that’s what’s kept me going through the highs and lows. Running one of the UK’s leading property, business and wealth training companies is something I’m incredibly proud of, and this award pushes me even more to give everything I’ve got to the people I serve. Today’s good talk

Every win I’ve ever had came from moving first and perfecting later. You don’t need the perfect plan, you need momentum. Most people talk themselves out of opportunities because they wait…wait for clarity, wait for confidence, wait for permission. But winners? They decide.They commit.They take action. Because you can fix a mistake but you can’t fix doing nothing. 👇 Drop ONE decision you’re committing to today.

Most people think success “just happens” to others. They look at successful investors, entrepreneurs, and business owners and say things like: “They were lucky.” “They had connections.” “They started at the right time.” Let me tell you something straight… that’s complete nonsense. Success has nothing to do with luck and everything to do with choice. It’s about deciding to take action when others make excuses. It’s about showing up when no one’s watching. It’s about saying “yes” to opportunities even when you don’t feel ready. I wasn’t “lucky” when I built my first multi-million-pound portfolio. I was broke, scared, and had no clue what I was doing… But I made a decision... to go all in, learn the game, and never quit. 👉 Action creates confidence. 👉 Confidence creates results. 👉 Results create momentum.
