Is it still worth it
I practice 24 hours a week between 7 days a week but I just haven't seemed to get better hell I feel like I forgot to shoot I missed layups and airballed three times in my game yesterday I only had like a 30 percent shot made yesterday and I only had ten and Idk if its worth it anymore

Since your practicing nearly 3.5 hours a day it seems best to take a “rest” day. Usually I can’t bring myself to fully rest, but I think that you should try and only work out for an hour or less 1-2 days a week. Also, stretching is really good because it can help you recover. Ultimately, recovery helps the work actually show, and you need recovery to let your body naturally relax. Sometimes not working works better than working. Maybe being exhausted is the reason your shot wasn’t on point.

@Danish Chintam Taking ONE rest day won’t hurt you, but 2 might and anything more than that could have an affect.
Thanks mark theo and ashton
I had a rec league game today and I listened to what you guys said its not that much comp but its still an achievement I had 13 threes and 7 midrange shots keep in mind we were losing all our main players and everything you guys said to me popped up in my head I shot 75 percent from field and my ending stat line was 52 points 5 assists and 3 steals its my best performance ever and I only want to build onto that again thank you @Mark Hallman @Ashton Stein and @Theo Sondin-Kaisen I couldn't have done it without your guys help

Since your in Texas, weather should be good enough almost year-round to practice on outdoor basketball courts and just practice. The more game speed work you do the better you’ll get, and you’ll be able to make the team then.
