💬 Everything you need to know for the 5-day challenge
If you're feeling overwhelmed right now looking at this community, take a breath. This post is your one-stop guide. Bookmark it. Come back to it whenever you're confused. Everything you need is right here. If you need help, you can tag one of our moderators in a post to get assistance! @Eamma Spencer @Renold Revales @Sara Edvardsson @Dario Costa We go live at the same time every day. You can find the live session in the calendar displayed in your time zone. ⚠️ Make sure to add it to your personal calendar and set reminders in your phone so you don't forget it! 🎥 The recordings and all content will be available in the classroom for a limited time, but if you can attend live, please do so, as it works better. Navigating Skool: - Community tab is where you post updates, share wins, and connect with others. - Classroom tab is where all the daily videos and modules live. After each live session, the recording and materials are uploaded here. - Calendar tab is where you find all live events. - Leaderboard tracks engagement through Skool's built-in points system. If you're curious how points and levels work: https://help.skool.com/article/31-how-do-points-and-levels-work 🏆 There is $2,000 in prizes for the most engaged members during the challenge period. Just show up, post, engage, and support others. 🚨 Important Dates & Deadlines The challenge starts March 2. All videos, recordings, and the AI platform will stay available until Sunday, March 8. After that date, content will no longer be accessible. The community itself stays open and free after the challenge. There will be a paid option later for those who want to go deeper (6-week program), but the free community, forum, and chat will remain open.

@Cindy Mason Actually, it's three shirts and two pairs of shorts, but they only wanted one thing that could be done in about 20 minutes 😉
🔥Today! What's your biggest struggle right now?
Two months ago: 500 members. Today: over 2,200 🤯 Soon, we're going live with the next round of the ADHD Harmony 5-Day Challenge. Last time, people showed up thinking "this probably won't work for me." Then Day 3 hit and members started crying from the AI reflections. They closed loops they'd been avoiding for months. They posted wins they never thought they'd have. Their moms started sending testimonials. 😂 (yes, really) Improved content. New energy. And a community 5x bigger. This will be your moment! 👇 Vote below: what's your biggest ADHD struggle right now? 💬 Or let me know in the comments below!

@Raven Payne I know it's oft-said, but sunshine and exercise, even a ten minute walk around the block, or start with 10 minutes outside in the yard [front stoop etc.] I was given a tip to name things I see and hear as I go along [red post box, kookaburra, bus stop, loud motorbike, magpie, green bus, palm tree etc], seeing my head a little clearer, but just started after being ill and a bit house bound, so just started walking again...watch this space... 🙂

Welcome to ADHD Harmony. I'm genuinely excited you're here. This community exists for one reason: to help you turn ADHD from something you fight against into your greatest advantage. No quick fixes. No productivity hacks that work for a week then fall apart. This is identity-level transformation, grounded in neuroscience and built from real experience (my own included). The next free 5-day challenge starts on March 2nd. Before it begins, watch the 7 short videos in the classroom that explain the community and how Skool works. This takes about 20 minutes and will fully prepare you for what's ahead. ⚠️ Watch the "Welcome & Introduction" videos before the challenge starts. They'll set you up to get the most out of everything that follows. 👉 Click here to dive in
