Right Calcaneus Instability?
Hey guys! Hope all is going well. I have had osgood schlatter's growing up. And this patellar tendinopathy came back to haunt me at 32 years old (nature's birthday gift) lol. My foot/ankle have always been as strong as noodles. Balance is quite garbage. Been working on the foot/ankle for a few months now. I wanted to share this exercise that I got from the training stimulus mentorship. I'm using a stick because my balance/stability is trash. I can see myself struggle at the forefoot. But what stands out to me the most is my wobbly calcaneus and my inability to keep pressure on my calcaneus. FYI I have also had Achilles issues on the right side as well. What do you guys think? How can i improve stability in my calcaneus and not have it lose pressure as seen in the video. Go ahead critique me from my form to my outfit.

@David Hajjar good stuff! Staying stacked will be the key, so hips stay back and shoulders and head over hips. Only the knee is forward really, then you get your positive shin angle anyway. For the inversion drill, get good eversion first then exaggerate the up stream mechanics, ie knee extension and a touch of rotation over to really lock up the foot. Keep us posted with how you get on 👊
Shoulder Rehab vs Kipping Pullups
Happy New Year team! I hope 2026 is off to a great start for you all. If you want a deeper explanation for why traditional shoulder rehab is not very effective, I recently stumbled on this dissertation presentation I did going through: 🚩 Force differences of an external rotation vs kipping pullup 🚩 Muscle loading patterns compared between the two 🚩 A couple of case studies of people switching from old school physio to movement mechanics Let me know what you think and if you want more similar content, message me with topics 👊 https://www.skool.com/training-stimulus/classroom/e3029523?md=b55ea675ab35418ea7be865093d00ec3

@Joanne Gemmell Glad you liked it! Yes, that's all very much related and the mastectomy will have an impact. If you've identified missing movement qualities and train them better, I'm sure she will improve 👊
