I remember a few weeks back reading around here a post where someone was recommending using different emails for each carrier so the load board don’t flag you or something like that but I am having a real hard time to find the post again. Can someone help me find the post again or tell me how you do it… -Do you always use the same email for all your carriers? -If you don’t, how do you use different emails? Do you create an email every time for a new carrier? -Can you add multiple emails to manage in google workplace? -Is there a software or app that helps with that? I think this is the biggest obstacle that I will ever face in dispatching and it's MC flagging and Brokers vetting tools. When you work with 2 or more carriers, and you consistently booking loads, calling brokers with the same number for multiple MC numbers you will start getting flagged with suspicious activity. Because there is one person using multiple MC numbers which is a common activity by double brokerage scammers. You get flagged if you keep doing it over and over again getting the phone number and all the MCs flagged as well, and this is not good at all, specially for the carrier. Since we are honest third party dispatchers this is a major issue because we are working directly for the carrier (exactly like an in-house dispatchers) and not involved in any brokerage activity or anything shady. How do we run cleanly without messing up the carriers' MCs. this is the setup I came up after studying the vetting tools: If you are a US-based dispatchers As a US-based dispatcher you need to: 1. Use a dedicated email for each carrier, and do not use your dispatching company domain. You either use the carriers domain or a Gmail like this dispatch[carriers name]@gmail.com. If you use your company domain or the same email for all carriers you get flagged. 2. Use a dedicated VoIP phone number for each carrier. Never use one number for all. You will just put your carriers and yourself in a very tough situation. For a non US-based dispatcher your setup is similar to the US based with additional step: Do NOT use normal VPN tools even the paid premium ones. You need a dedicated IP address within USA, Canada or Mexico. And you need residential static IP, if you use rotating IP you will get flagged on the second load you book. Look for static ISP Proxies service, it will probably cost you $2-$10 a month depending on the provider. Be carful y'all, don't learn that the hard way. What do you guys think? I was a medic in the military and my husband just got into hotshot so decided to learn dispatching as a hobby and now I see potential for a business and would like to take on the opportunity to grow. I want to get these 3 things from this course/community: 1.  Keep acquiring knowledge about dispatching 2.  Network with other in the area and the industry 3. Be able to be of help and support for others For fun I like to do these 3 things: 1.  Watch sports 2.  Go to the beach and paddleboard 3.  Spend time with family & friends

I got my first carrier! He found me on Instagram and we had the sales call today, he signed the contract and sent it back after the call. Our onboarding call is Wednesday and he has a 40ft Hotshot. I'm super excited that this is all coming together. Now I don't feel like I'm 'starting a business' like the business is up and running really quick and im just here for the ride lol. I've only been in the paid course for a month so I know I have a lot to learn. If anyone has any experience with Hotshots, or hotshots in the Texas area, I'd love to pick your brain :)
