I had a stressful week with my biggest client (web designer here). Their website was down... and my developer was not getting back to me, my malware software wasn't working and my other tech support wasn't responding either. Just 70,000 visitors on their site last week. My back was so tight and painful... I realized this was from leaning forward, stressing, anticipating more issues. I took time to get into my body, tell it the danger was over, and followed some somatic prompts through Chat GPT. I was able to release it and consciously work to lean backwards, open up and not live in the "danger". Huge win for me!
