I've learnt so much from the program that I'm comfortable with learning new techniques where ever I see them now. I'm well aware of what's possible and what's coming when rolling with higher belts(me a blue). I train 2x a week (on a good week) and many people can't believe it when I say that. Because BJJ is so vast  and difficult, HPU helps me understand what I might face on the mat, being able to cut through the noise and have the HPU material as a viable resource to compliment my training time
