Built an AI outbound system that handles the full cold email workflow automatically. Stack:
- Apify for scraping - Lead enrichment system - OpenAI for personalized email writing - Smartlead for sending - GoHighLevel for pipeline management - n8n for automation Recent campaign stats: - 1000 leads contacted - 80% open rate - 22 replies - 8 positive replies The goal was simple:Stop sending generic spam and create personalized outreach at scale. The workflow: 1. Scrape leads 2. Enrich company/contact data 3. Research the business 4. Generate AI-personalized emails 5. Push leads into CRM automatically 6. Launch campaigns with Smartlead Still improving deliverability + personalization layers, but the system is getting solid early results.

@Mejba Ahmed Yeah possibly. From our testing, Claude is usually better at longer-form natural writing and tone consistency. Right now we’re using OpenAI because it integrates smoothly into our workflow and gives fast generation speed at scale. But honestly, the biggest difference isn’t only the model it’s the enrichment quality prompting structure. If the lead data/context is weak, even the best model writes generic emails. We’re probably going to test Claude next for deeper personalization layers and compare reply rates.
Watched your Claude Design masterclass tonight , ran the gate test on my own brand straight after.
24 seconds, motion graphics, vertical. First pass. Shipped below. Pattern that worked: Paste-ready prompt block(Hyperframes SKILL + my design system + brief in one paste) Animation templateMature design system pre-attached First-pass output was already brand-true.No fix-prompt iterations. Capture step is a headless Playwright + ffmpeg pipeline(wait for fonts.ready, snap to t=0, record, crop) Reusable for any future Animation export. Cheers @Nate Herk Genuine credit.Your video flipped my “wait and see” into “test it now.”

That first-pass success usually hides something… most people don’t realize it’s the system doing the heavy lifting, not the prompt. If you had to recreate that output from scratch in 30 days, would it still be consistent?
✨🎉THANK YOU TO NATE HERK. I LAUNCHED MY FIRST APP 🎉✨
I joined this community on Christmas Day of all days, and I've been here just over 4 months now. Since discovering vibe coding and really starting to dive into it in January, February, and March ,I have watched every single video produced by @Nate Herk @Nate Herk on YouTube. The thing about being a new AI builder is that it's so easy to get stuck in research mode, and that is where I was at *for months.* The dream I had to create something useful and real, was getting mired in thinking I needed to learn more and more before trying to launch something. Everything in Nate's videos started to click once I really started to dig into the tools, make mistakes, try to fix them, work around it, and persist through the disappointment when my first several tries didn't come out the way I wanted. Last night I shipped my first Progressive Web Application and I have Nate to thank. It supports the members of my Skool community by helping them come up with a structured plan for goal attainment. (Funny story: I used the prompt based version of that plan to actually build the PWA during the month of April.... that's so meta) 🤣 Tonight I am working on what will end up becoming my first real production app. It's being entered in a contest on Friday. Fingers crossed. The HUGE unlock for this big app deployment was Nate's video he did on using the Claude skill /superpowers I have been in a planning session with the /superpowers skill for about two hours refining everything on a local host screen until the UI/UX is just right. It then built an awesome deployment handbook for me and saved it in the local documents folder. How cool is that. The goal of using the /superpowers skill is that it takes 95% of the upfront time to nail down all the details and get them right so that when you use massive amount of tokens to make your build, you aren't disappointed with the output. I know that one-shot builds are pretty rare and I'm not expecting perfection, but this should get me 90% of the way there.

That “research mode shipping” shift is where most people stay stuck for months. The interesting part now is what happens after launch… most builders don’t have a feedback loop, so version 2 never compounds. How are you planning to collect real user data from this first version?
Everyone here is building AI… but almost nobody is fixing this 👇
You can build: agents workflows automations But if this part is broken…none of it makes money. What happens AFTER a lead comes in? From what I’ve seen across different systems: - Lead comes in at 9pm no response - Form filled no follow-up - Missed call never called back And just like that…30 50% of potential revenue is gone. Not because the system is bad.Because the response layer is missing.

Got banned doing outreach… how are you getting clients?
Quick question for those already landing clients with AI automation: What channels are actually working for you right now? I tried doing outreach on Facebook to local businesses in my niche, but my account got banned pretty fast — clearly I was doing something wrong or too aggressive. Are you guys finding clients through: - Cold DMs (if so, where?) - Content (YouTube, Twitter, etc.) - Freelance platforms (Upwork) - Something else? Would really appreciate hearing what’s working right now, especially for beginners trying to land their first few clients. Thanks in advanced 💖 Samin

Getting banned usually means one thing:volume before strategy. Cold outreach still works but not the way most people do it. Instead of:mass messaging → pitch Try: - engage with posts first - comment with insight - then DM naturally Way lower risk + way higher response rate. Also what niche were you reaching out to?
