Hi. I love that I’m here!
- My name is Veronica. I’m a Cert. Women’s Life Coach for Purpose, Personal Growth and Transformation. I’ve been a Life Coach since 2019 but last Xmas I started my business Souls Tide. - I have been using AI since 2023 when my son introduced me to ChatGPT. Love it. Use it everyday. I’m level 2. I want to bring it more into my business so I can save more time. - I think I want to have AI automate some of systems I hold in place as a Life Coach, and learn more ways to make my business more efficient time wise. - I have attended other TR and Dean’s events. Only that I’m implementing what I learn much more now.

Hey Veronica, I really admire the purpose behind Souls Tide, and even more so that you’re actively taking steps to bring it to life :) For coaches at your stage, integrating simple AI automations into things like client workflows and follow-ups, can save a considerable amount of time without changing your coaching approach. Are you exploring anything similar right now?
Greetings!
Hello, I'm in Gulf Breeze, Fl, and I'm an online financial advisor and coach. AI has allowed me to remain a solo advisor without adding staff - for the time being at least 😁. Learning something new everyday - looking forward to participating here. šŸ‘

Hi David, you've got a solid approach there. What AI are you using? and what are you using it for?
Finally jumping in here!
I’m Ash, I work in growth and spend most of my time building systems that help businesses cut down on manual work and run a bit smoother. Lately I’ve been focused on using AI to solve specific bottlenecks rather than just adding more tools into the mix. I’m a big believer that if used right, AI can take a lot of the repetitive load off your plate and free up time for actual growth. Would love to hear how you guys are using it right now.

@Stacey Anderson Appreciate it :) Biggest bottleneck has usually been around scattered workflows, too many tools, no real flow between them. Once that gets sorted, decisions get easier and things just move with less friction.

@Dwight Dillon-Seminario It really is once you get the hang of it! Anything interesting you’ve been optimizing recently?
šŸš€ The Entrepreneurs Who Will Own the Next Decade Are Doing This Right Now
The next decade will not be owned by the busiest entrepreneurs. It will be owned by the ones building leverage early, and using AI to do it faster. Right now, while many people are still stuck in reaction mode, the smartest entrepreneurs are doing something different. They are learning faster, simplifying faster, and using AI to remove the kind of friction that slows growth down. They are not just working harder. They are building smarter ways to operate. That is the real separator. The future does not belong to people who simply put in more hours. It belongs to people who know how to make each hour produce more. That is exactly where AI comes in. AI helps entrepreneurs reclaim time from the tasks that quietly drain momentum every week. It can speed up research, generate first drafts, organize ideas, summarize meetings, improve planning, streamline communication, and reduce the manual work that keeps people stuck in the weeds. What used to take an hour can often take minutes. What used to create mental clutter can become clear much faster. And that advantage compounds. The entrepreneurs who will dominate the next decade are using AI not as a gimmick, but as a growth tool. They are using it to cut time-to-first-draft, shorten decision cycles, reduce rework, and create more space for high-value thinking. That means more time for strategy, better offers, stronger leadership, and faster execution. They are not letting admin eat their ambition. They are not letting busywork steal their best energy. They are using AI to protect their attention and redirect it toward the work that actually moves the business forward. That is what smart leverage looks like. These entrepreneurs are also obsessed with clarity. They know confusion creates delay. They know scattered attention kills momentum. They know complexity slows everything down. So they use AI to help create cleaner workflows, sharper messaging, better documentation, and faster access to information. They are building businesses that can move with more speed and less chaos.

Read something recently about how people tend to use AI in a pretty scattered way, jumping between tools instead of building a proper workflow. Feels like that’s where a lot of the leverage you’re talking about actually comes from. You know you're utilizing AI well when things are connected properly and start saving time instead of adding more clutter.
āš ļø The Biggest Mistake Entrepreneurs Make With AI
The biggest mistake entrepreneurs make with AI is simple. They chase tools instead of results. They try a dozen platforms. Test random prompts. Consume endless AI content. And still never build a real advantage. That is where people get stuck. Because AI is not about knowing every tool. It is about using the right AI to buy back time, reduce overwhelm, and create more leverage in the parts of the business that matter most. That is the shift. The entrepreneurs pulling ahead are not using AI to create more noise. They are using it to create more time. More time to think. More time to lead. More time to build. More time to focus on growth instead of getting buried in repetitive work. That is what most people miss. They use AI like a novelty instead of a system. They generate content faster, but do not improve workflow. They move quicker, but not smarter. They add output, but not leverage. And without leverage, speed just creates more chaos. The real opportunity with AI is not doing more for the sake of more. It is using AI to simplify work, shorten cycle time, improve marketing and sales execution, and remove the manual tasks that steal hours every week. That is why this matters now. AI is moving fast, but entrepreneurs do not need every update, every hack, or every new tool. They need a clear path to use AI in ways that actually improve how they operate. So the mistake is not ignoring AI completely. The mistake is using AI in a scattered way that keeps people busy instead of making them better. The entrepreneurs who win with AI will be the ones who stop asking, ā€œWhat tool should I try next?ā€ And start asking, ā€œHow can I use AI to get back time and multiply what I can do?ā€ That is where the real advantage begins.

It’s definitely a shame more people don’t really incorporate AI in a way that makes their work feel cleaner and more put together. A lot of the time it ends up being used as scattered tools instead of something built into a proper workflow where everything connects and actually reduces effort.
