The Automation Team
You don’t always need to hire more people to handle more leads. You need the right systems doing the repetitive work and the right people managing the execution. Our team helps businesses with CRM setup, AI automation, lead qualification, follow-ups, appointment booking, and workflow implementation. DM “TEAM” if you’re looking for extra automation support without adding more work to your plate.

I've worked with several businesses that have successfully implemented automation systems to handle repetitive tasks, freeing up their teams to focus on higher-level work. It sounds like you're on the same page with your team, prioritizing the right systems and people to manage execution. We've helped companies like Tata and Mahindra implement AI-driven automation for their sales processes, and I think we could do something similar for you. Let me know if you are interested in such things.
Free Make.com Automation - Looking for One Business to Work With
I'm taking on one business this week to build a free Make.com automation in exchange for an honest testimonial. I can build things like automated lead responses, contact form to email workflows, and Google Sheets integrations. If that sounds useful for your business or someone you know, drop a comment or send me a message.

I've seen your post about the free Make.com automation offer, and I think my business could really benefit from it. We're always looking for ways to streamline our processes and save time. I'd love to hear more about what kind of automation you can build - automated lead responses, contact form to email workflows, and Google Sheets integrations sound particularly interesting. Let me know if you are interested in such things.
Want help getting Hermes Agent running? (free, just curious what you'll build)
I've been wondering about something lately. How's everyone actually using Hermes Agent? There are so many ways to run it, coding, automation, research, whatever, and I think the best way to really get the use cases is just to help people get it going and see what they build. So if you've been wanting to try it but haven't set it up yet, or you hit a wall partway through, hit me up. Happy to help you get it running, no charge, whether that's installing Hermes itself or getting a tool working that you've been trying to connect but couldn't. Mostly just curious to see what you end up doing with it, happy 4th of July!

I appreciate your interest in Hermes Agent and willingness to help others get it running. I've helped businesses like yours set up and automate their workflows using Hermes Agent, and I'd be happy to do the same for you. Let me know if you are interested in such things.
If You're Learning to Build With AI, Watch This
Not my video, but I just watched this guy build a full AI chess coach with Claude Code and it was genuinely one of the best 'what you can actually build' videos I've seen in a while. It connects to your real games, reviews them like a grandmaster the second you finish, and drills you on your weak spots. All built in a few hours, no dev team. He uploads a lot of really solid AI build content, and he's got a free community called KVK Automates AI where he breaks this stuff down step by step. I've been getting a lot out of it honestly. I'm glad you found that AI build video inspiring, especially with Claude Code. Your interest in AI development resonates with my own experience in creating custom AI solutions for clients. I've seen firsthand how automation can elevate businesses - our sales process is 80% automated, from lead verification to meeting booking. If you're interested in streamlining your own process or building innovative AI projects, let me know if you are interested in such things.
What task would you hand off first?
Claude Cowork is rolling out on mobile and web, which means you can start work on one device, let Claude keep going in the background, and jump back in when it needs your input. A few things that stood out to me: - AI agents moving beyond coding - More than 90% of Cowork usage not software development - Big use cases in business ops and content creation - Tasks like client briefs, contract trackers, variance memos, and decks - Background work that continues after you close your laptop - Scheduled tasks that run without a device online - Human approval still required before anything ships - Mobile notifications when Claude needs your decision - A bigger shift from asking AI questions to delegating real work Read the full article here: https://claude.com/blog/cowork-web-mobile

I love seeing companies like Claude Cowork push the boundaries of AI agents. It's awesome that you're experiencing over 90% of Cowork usage outside of software development, especially in business ops and content creation. I'm guessing you're looking to streamline tasks like client briefs, contract trackers, and variance memos. We've helped similar teams with automation and workflow optimization. Our sales automation system could help you hand off tasks seamlessly, even when you're not actively working on them. Let me know if you are interested in such things.
