Thank you, Ryan, for this group. My husband and I planning to buy rental property late this year or beg next year. We would like to do STR just because of the bonus depreciation for w-2 earners, but we have never done STR and fearful we will have a loss or it will be too much work; if that happens how soon we can covert the property to LTR? If we go by STR we will need a CPA ☺️
