✈️ Exciting News! 🇩🇪
Hi everyone! I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be traveling to Germany on December 16th, arriving near Stuttgart, to begin my journey in search of a Mechanical Quality Engineer position through the Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte) visa. It’s a big step forward in my career, and I’m both excited and curious about what lies ahead — especially about settling in, understanding the job market, and adapting to life in Germany. If anyone here has already been through this process or is living in or around Stuttgart, I’d really appreciate your tips, advice, or experiences — especially about what to expect before and after landing, how to start networking, and settling into the work culture. Looking forward to connecting and learning from your experiences! 😊

Recently I deleted my Instagram and started spending more time on LinkedIn post and jobs searchs. Due to the comments I have made, my profile views have gone up! Out of my astonishment for the very first time, got attention from German HRs and recent adds. This is first ever highest profile view so far!

Building BLUE & GREEN Level
As you all know, our memberships are distributed into 4 levels 1. White (FREE) 2. Blue (DIY) 3. Green (DIY & DWY - Group Coaching) 4. Gold (DFY, DWY, DIY - 1 on 1 Personal Coaching) Of the above only WHITE and Gold are currently active, Green (completed but still not active for public), currently working with Blue level. As part of this course building, I was applying for a job yesterday (16.03.2025) and got an Interview invitation today (17.03.2025) in less than 24 Hrs. As I always say, if you concentrate and put in all your energy executing the process effectively and strategically, the results will come automatically. Cannot wait to deliver you this course soon........ Ameen

German Resume Picture
Navigating the German job market can seem like uncharted territory for many. One key aspect that might often go unnoticed is the significant part a photos plays in resumes. Did you know that in Germany, it's common to include a professional portrait in your resume? Yet it's not all about just having a photo, it's about portraying confidence, approachability, and professionalism. A good photo can not only complement your credentials but also provide a personal touch to your job application. However, remember to always keep it professional! Opt for a neutral background and presentable attire. Chat with a friend who has a decent camera or hire a professional photographer to make sure your picture is of high quality. And onto the importance of a clear, intact profile picture specifically on LinkedIn and Xing – these platforms are bustling with potential employers and recruiters who are keen to connect with professionals like you! While applying for jobs might seem overwhelming from abroad, staying informed and adopting best practices can streamline your journey, making it exciting and opportunistic. Unlock your potential in the German job market. Stay tuned for more posts on other crucial topics.
