I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be traveling to Germany on December 16th, arriving near Stuttgart, to begin my journey in search of a Mechanical Quality Engineer position through the Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte) visa. It’s a big step forward in my career, and I’m both excited and curious about what lies ahead — especially about settling in, understanding the job market, and adapting to life in Germany. If anyone here has already been through this process or is living in or around Stuttgart, I’d really appreciate your tips, advice, or experiences — especially about what to expect before and after landing, how to start networking, and settling into the work culture.
