After 11 months of running an AI agency, January was a reality check.
Welcome back to my 11 month progress video! In this video, I break down what didn’t work, what I’m changing in February, and how those lessons are shaping the future direction of the company. This isn’t a highlight reel. It’s a transparent look at the decisions, missteps, and adjustments that come with building something real in the AI space. I also share where the company is heading next, including how our focus is expanding in 2026. We’re doubling down on education in two key ways: • Helping companies understand, adopt, and deploy AI through structured educational programs • Training individuals to build real AI automations and service real clients, not just learn theory You’ll hear more about the new education path we’ve committed to, our school communities, and how we’re supporting people who want to land their first AI client with a clear, practical roadmap. We also cover: • Active client work that’s still moving forward • How those engagements are evolving • New partnerships currently in progress • What’s changing operationally as we scale more intentionally If you’re building an AI agency, thinking about getting into AI services, or trying to understand where the industry is actually headed beyond the hype, this video will give you an honest snapshot of where we’re at and where we’re going.

@Hicham Char Thanks man!
9 Month Progress Video is Finally Here!
Hey everyone, I am pretty new here but have been on this AI journey of mine for the past 9 months and WOW has it been a wild ride! I'm going to leave this hear as the most recent video, however if you want to kill some time and go back and watch the rest of my progress videos, some of them are kind of wild to say the least lol. I was doing monthly videos for the first 6 months but learned that there's a reason why companies measure annual metrics in quarters. Things just move too slow sometimes and its easy to have skewed data and put your foot in your mouth because the following month things will fall apart and not go as planned. Anyways, I've learned a lot of lessons a long the way and if you want to see some of those lessons, watch my videos. I don't edit hardly anything. Nothing fancy, no "fabricated truths". Just cold, hard facts and lessons throughout all my videos. I'm not here to promote myself, I'm here to shed light into the AI Agency world. The ride is nothing short of a roller coaster. Its been a rough one to say the least, but I've have fun every step of the way. Sit back, grab your snacks, and enjoy the chaos of what its like to be a new entrepreneur in an industry like AI with Zero coding or technical experience. If I can do it, anyone can!

Tool of the Day: Leania.ai – Audit your stack and decide what to automate in 2026
In 2026, the question is no longer “What AI do I use?” but rather “What do I keep, what do I replace, and what do I automate?” Leania.ai is a new tool designed precisely for this: it analyzes your processes and tools and gives you clear recommendations on what to keep, what to kill, what to replace, and what to automate to optimize your workflow with AI. The interesting thing is that it's not marketed as “just another chatbot,” but as an efficiency auditor: it identifies inefficiencies in your stack and suggests where it makes the most sense to introduce AI first. For entrepreneurs and developers, this is invaluable because it provides a prioritization map instead of a thousand scattered ideas. How you could use it: - As a founder: run your sales, support, and content processes to see where to automate first. - As a developer/consultant: use its diagnostic tool as the basis for a service proposal (you implement the automations that the tool uncovers). - As a content creator: showcase "before and after" case studies of companies that optimize their technology stack with AI audits.

Love this! thank you for sharing!!!
I Built a SaaS with AI Tools. Here's What Nobody Tells You.
I built https://selfscale.app — a content scheduling tool for creators — using AI coding tools. Claude, Cursor, the works. It took months, not years. No dev team. Just me and an AI that writes code. Sounds like a dream, right? Here's the truth. --- The Dream Day 1: I described a feature. The AI built it. I felt like a god. Day 30: Something broke. I had no idea why. The AI "fixed" it by breaking something else. Day 90: I've rebuilt the same feature four times. I'm managing code I don't fully understand. --- What I Learned AI gets you 80% there fast. The last 20% — production bugs, API changes, security gaps — that's still on you. Documentation becomes your product. I spend more time writing context docs for the AI than I do on features. Without them, every session starts from scratch. You're not coding. You're directing. Different skill. Different ceiling when things break. --- Why I Built SelfScale Anyway Because I was tired of the content hamster wheel. Post for a week. Fall off for two. Feel guilty. Repeat. I needed something that could write like me - not generic AI slop - and let me schedule everywhere without living in five different apps. So I built it. --- What It Does - Learns your voice. Feed it your content. It captures your style. - One dashboard. 12 native integrations: LinkedIn, X, Insta, YouTube, wherever - schedule from one place. - Canva built in. Pull your designs directly into posts. - Skool alerts (beta). Get texted when someone posts in your community. The Ask I built this to solve my own problem. Now I want to know if it solves yours. Try it free for 7 days at https://selfscale.app. Poke around. Break things. Tell me what sucks. There's a chatbot in the app — just tell me directly. Your feedback shapes what gets built next. - Bill

🚀New Video: Stop Selling AI Agents, Sell AI Solutions Instead
In this video I'm going to be telling you why you need to stop selling AI Agents and sell AI Solutions instead. AI agents are not what they were 6 months ago, because now everyone has hopped on the trend of selling AI agents. So to make a lot of money selling AI in 2025, you need to be different, and to stand out by selling AI solutions. It's a game changer! So grab your pen and paper, and get ready to take some notes. Hope you enjoy!
