Looking to network with established agency/business owners serving home service companies
We currently provide custom AI voice agent solutions for home service businesses — roofing, HVAC, home inspection, and similar niches. Our main offer helps these companies capture and qualify calls outside of office hours. Instead of losing leads after 5pm or on weekends, our AI voice agent answers the call, collects the right information, books appointments where appropriate, pushes the data into their CRM, and gives the business a dashboard to monitor activity. The team also gets email notifications and call notes so they can follow up properly. We also offer an outbound lead leakage solution. For example, when someone fills out a form on a company’s website, our system can outbound call them, qualify the lead, and help get them booked in. We currently have 20+ paying clients, and our service typically sells for $3K–$5K upfront plus a $500–$1K/month retainer. I’m looking to connect with other established business owners or agency owners who are already doing at least a few thousand per month and have a solid offer in place. Ideally, I’d like to meet people who serve the same home services niche but with different or complementary services — marketing, lead generation, funnel design, paid ads, SEO, CRM implementation, sales systems, automation, or anything else that could add value to our client base. Open to networking, partnerships, referral opportunities, or potentially adding complementary services into our offer. If you’re already working with home service businesses and have a proven service, DM me here and we can set up a meeting.

Another Happy Client goes LIVE Tonight!!!
For those of you who want to see what a REAL CUSTOM CURATED voice agent sounds like and is capable of, please watch this video below. My team and I have been working on this agent for a while now but finally have it completed and in the hands of the customer. They are sooooo unbelievably happy with the outcome and are finally excited to no longer have to answer phone calls on the weekend. Probably the biggest win here is being able to spend quality time with the family again without getting interrupted. S/O to TrueWorks roofing for being absolutely AMAZING to work with throughout this project! https://www.loom.com/share/d98f1ec47c7541beac3b2a61247b3fda

@R S We offer 1-on-1 mentorships :)
After 11 months of running an AI agency, January was a reality check.
Welcome back to my 11 month progress video! In this video, I break down what didn’t work, what I’m changing in February, and how those lessons are shaping the future direction of the company. This isn’t a highlight reel. It’s a transparent look at the decisions, missteps, and adjustments that come with building something real in the AI space. I also share where the company is heading next, including how our focus is expanding in 2026. We’re doubling down on education in two key ways: • Helping companies understand, adopt, and deploy AI through structured educational programs • Training individuals to build real AI automations and service real clients, not just learn theory You’ll hear more about the new education path we’ve committed to, our school communities, and how we’re supporting people who want to land their first AI client with a clear, practical roadmap. We also cover: • Active client work that’s still moving forward • How those engagements are evolving • New partnerships currently in progress • What’s changing operationally as we scale more intentionally If you’re building an AI agency, thinking about getting into AI services, or trying to understand where the industry is actually headed beyond the hype, this video will give you an honest snapshot of where we’re at and where we’re going.

@Hicham Char Thanks man!
9 Month Progress Video is Finally Here!
Hey everyone, I am pretty new here but have been on this AI journey of mine for the past 9 months and WOW has it been a wild ride! I'm going to leave this hear as the most recent video, however if you want to kill some time and go back and watch the rest of my progress videos, some of them are kind of wild to say the least lol. I was doing monthly videos for the first 6 months but learned that there's a reason why companies measure annual metrics in quarters. Things just move too slow sometimes and its easy to have skewed data and put your foot in your mouth because the following month things will fall apart and not go as planned. Anyways, I've learned a lot of lessons a long the way and if you want to see some of those lessons, watch my videos. I don't edit hardly anything. Nothing fancy, no "fabricated truths". Just cold, hard facts and lessons throughout all my videos. I'm not here to promote myself, I'm here to shed light into the AI Agency world. The ride is nothing short of a roller coaster. Its been a rough one to say the least, but I've have fun every step of the way. Sit back, grab your snacks, and enjoy the chaos of what its like to be a new entrepreneur in an industry like AI with Zero coding or technical experience. If I can do it, anyone can!

@Hicham Char haha thanks man. It hasnt been easy thats for sure!
Tool of the Day: Leania.ai – Audit your stack and decide what to automate in 2026
In 2026, the question is no longer “What AI do I use?” but rather “What do I keep, what do I replace, and what do I automate?” Leania.ai is a new tool designed precisely for this: it analyzes your processes and tools and gives you clear recommendations on what to keep, what to kill, what to replace, and what to automate to optimize your workflow with AI. The interesting thing is that it's not marketed as “just another chatbot,” but as an efficiency auditor: it identifies inefficiencies in your stack and suggests where it makes the most sense to introduce AI first. For entrepreneurs and developers, this is invaluable because it provides a prioritization map instead of a thousand scattered ideas. How you could use it: - As a founder: run your sales, support, and content processes to see where to automate first. - As a developer/consultant: use its diagnostic tool as the basis for a service proposal (you implement the automations that the tool uncovers). - As a content creator: showcase "before and after" case studies of companies that optimize their technology stack with AI audits.
