I have learnt this all through breathwork. It's actually been breathwork that has allowed me to find calm quicker so I can meditate more effectively. That and as @Dani Rosenblad James said, nature walks are really good. Another good one for me is just a nice long bike ride :)
Emotional Release Meditation

Was able to start crying and feel a lot of anger which was good. Learning from @Brandon Mehrgut to continue to be less reactive and more so just experiencing, listening, watching, leading with love and compassion ❤️ ⬇️ What’s your favorite type of meditation these days? 🧘‍♂️

I have woken up at 4.30am 4 days in a row and worked my ft job, come home and worked 3-4 hours a night every night. Today I have got up at 4.30am and im still working and building now 12 hours later!
