Sit in the middle of it
Set a timer for 2–5 minutes. Sit down and let everything be exactly as it is. Close your eyes. Visualize for a moment everything in your world right now. Your work, your family, your challenges, your triumphs, all around you in the space around you. Don’t try to calm down. Don’t try to get clear. Don’t try to change anything. Whatever is here, thoughts, pressure, tension, emotion, let it all be here. Instead of stepping back from it, sit right in the middle of it. No distance. No fixing. Notice the pull to solve, escape, or figure it out. And don’t follow it. Just stay. Not as a strategy. Just being here with what’s already happening. The point isn’t to feel better. It’s to stop organizing your experience around control. When that drops, even a little, something deeper starts to come online. What shows up for you when you do so? This is the place to begin.

@Brad Weyant I just felt a sense of peace in the mist of all the chaos🙏
Slow Down to See
Meditation is part of my work for a simple reason. Most of us are moving too fast to actually see what’s going on. We’re reacting, solving, pushing forward, but not really noticing what’s underneath it all. Meditation slows things down. Not to fix anything, or become better but to just see. To notice the thoughts running, the tension in the body, the patterns that keep showing within. This brings up things you do not want to see and it will be uncomfortable. This is the first step. From here, something can begin to shift because you’re finally in contact with what’s true. And when you can be with what’s true, without immediately trying to change it… This is where real change starts. When you actually pause… what’s there?

@Brad Weyant thanks a lot for sharing this. There a lot of shinning objects in this space and everyone thinks it happening somewhere hence the fast pace hurry to ctach it before it finishes or whatever. What we don't know is by slowing down we see that " we are the ones happening" that is why am 7 days behind reading and replying messages and am cool with it.

Something I’ve been noticing building lately 👇🏾
Most people don’t have a business problem… They have a follow-through problem. They know what to do They’ve seen the strategy They’ve even started But they don’t stay consistent long enough to see results. Simple question: What’s one thing you KNOW works in your business… but you haven’t been doing consistently? Let’s be real for a second.
