Hi - I'm new here and this film study alone makes this community so valuable. I have someone that breaks down my daughter's games, just like this and does video film study with her. She is in a similar situation as Shay. My daughter is strong with the ball and can get paint touch A LOT. She will attract 2 or 3 defenders and she needs to spray/kick it out. As the person carrying a heavy scoring load, she struggles with should she kick it, where there is a good chance her teammate will not make the shot or if she should take the contested finish or shot. We've been working on her "making the right basketball read". She's a high school sophomore. As we prepre for travel season, we told her that college coaches will look for players that have high IQ so make the right basketball decision. That will translate to the next level when you hopefully have better scorers around you. This is really great material. Thanks
