Hi I’m Igor, a fourteen year old footballer in France. I’m currently injured for the 2nd time of the season. It’s been almost three months and I will return soon. I play in the u15s 2nd division and I’m a right winger For a great amateur club. My goal with this program is to get more opportunities at the academy level. And create a full cv so I can get opportunities at higher level. I read the chapter 1 and I’m currently at the chap.2. I also didn’t understand the phases (week 3, week 4,etc) l went through the old posts but didn’t saw the answer to my question. Can someone help me with please 🙏 ?

There is 3 phases the first is wk 1-7 the second is wk 7-11 i think and i am not sure about the third
