How We Roll Around Here 🏟️
Read this once. Remember it forever. This is not a rulebook. I am not your school principal and I am not here to babysit anyone. But this community only works if everyone inside it operates on the same wavelength. So consider this your code of conduct. The standard we hold each other to. If you are in this program it means you invested in yourself. It means you are serious. And it means you deserve to be surrounded by other players who are equally serious. These guidelines exist to protect that environment. 1. This Is A Professional Environment You are here because you want to become a professional footballer. So start acting like one now. Not when you get the trial. Not when you sign with a club. Now. That means the way you communicate in here matters. The way you show up matters. The energy you bring into this space matters. Be respectful to every single person in this community. That includes your coaches, the other players, and the staff. You do not have to agree with everyone. But you do have to treat everyone with basic human respect. No trash talk. No negativity. No putting other players down because they are at a different level than you. Everyone in here is fighting for the same thing. We are all on the same team. 2. No Lurking. Participate. 👋 If you joined this program and your plan is to sit in the corner silently and never post, never comment, never show up to calls, never engage with anyone... you are doing yourself a massive disservice. The players who win inside this program are the ones who are active. They ask questions. They share updates. They celebrate other players. They post their progress even when it feels small. Nobody here is going to judge you for being early in the process. Every single player in this community started exactly where you are right now. So introduce yourself. Post in the chat. Answer someone else's question if you know the answer. The more you put into this community the more you get back. That is not a cliche. That is just how it works.
