It’s about your story and your why. 😇🙂 If people don’t know who you are, what you’re trying to achieve, and why it matters to you…how can they ever step forward to help, to collaborate, to invest, or to open a door for you? This week your goals are: • Reflect on why you’re doing this. • Share a bit of your story publicly, even if it feels uncomfortable. • Let people know what you’re looking for and where you’re heading. It’s February… but are you moving differently yet?
New month. Fresh energy. Another chance to reset. But let’s be real for a moment… Some people in here are still carrying January’s hesitation into February, hoping this month will “somehow” be better without changing anything. Hope doesn’t build results. Habits do. Action does. Consistency does. Waiting for motivation is the fastest way to waste another 28 days. Progress doesn’t come from perfect plans. It comes from imperfect action taken daily. This month can change everything…if you decide it will. So let me ask you something that matters What is the ONE thing you must commit to in February if you truly want different results this year?

Sure, I can see you did quite a lot of courses / are a member of a few networks on the Skool platform. It would be great to have a call and learn from your journey if thats something you would be willing to do.
There was one number in this property decision that almost fooled me.
On the surface, everything looked fine. The deal made sense. The math checked out. But one small assumption, easy to ignore, could have quietly destroyed the upside over time. That’s when it hit me: Most property mistakes don’t come from big risks. They come from small details people rush past. Property rewards patience, not speed. Question for the room: What’s one property lesson you had to learn the hard way, or wish someone had told you earlier? Share it. Someone here might avoid a costly mistake because of you.

Week 5 – Action Only 🦗 Week 1: Foundations Week 2: Reps Week 3: Evidence Week 4: Pipeline + Standards Week 5 = no theory, only action. By next Sunday, you should be able to say “I DID this”. Your minimum actions this week: 🏠 Viewings – 3 min • Book & attend at least 3 viewings that fit your criteria • After each: score deal (1–5), learning (1–5), note next action 💷 Offers – 1–3 • Get at least 1 offer out (aim for 3) • Run the numbers + send a clear offer in writing • You can’t buy what you don’t offer on 🤝 Investors – 2 conversions • Have 2 proper investor calls/meet‑ups • Ask about amount, timeframe, returns, risk • Share what you’ve done over the last 4 weeks + your deal rules • End with: “Can I keep you updated on deals that fit this?” 📞 Agents – 5 touchpoints • 5 meaningful contacts (calls, WhatsApps, in‑branch) • Thank them, restate criteria, ask: “What have you got now or coming up that fits this?” 📊 Scoreboard no zeros By Sunday, you should see: • Viewings: 3+ • Offers: 1–3 • Investor convos: 2+ • Agent touchpoints: 5+ This week is identity: You’re someone who books viewings, makes offers, speaks to investors, and agents remember. Less thinking. More doing. Next Sunday, your only job is to be able to say: “I did the work.”
