Your minimum actions this week: 🏠 Viewings – 3 min • Book & attend at least 3 viewings that fit your criteria • After each: score deal (1–5), learning (1–5), note next action 💷 Offers – 1–3 • Get at least 1 offer out (aim for 3) • Run the numbers + send a clear offer in writing • You can’t buy what you don’t offer on 🤝 Investors – 2 conversions • Have 2 proper investor calls/meet‑ups • Ask about amount, timeframe, returns, risk • Share what you’ve done over the last 4 weeks + your deal rules • End with: “Can I keep you updated on deals that fit this?” 📞 Agents – 5 touchpoints • 5 meaningful contacts (calls, WhatsApps, in‑branch) • Thank them, restate criteria, ask: “What have you got now or coming up that fits this?” 📊 Scoreboard no zeros By Sunday, you should see: • Viewings: 3+ • Offers: 1–3 • Investor convos: 2+ • Agent touchpoints: 5+ This week is identity: You’re someone who books viewings, makes offers, speaks to investors, and agents remember.
