Client Onboarding streamlining process
Following on from a comment on an earlier post. I thought it would be easier to open a new thread here to make it more searchable as several of you asked about the process I use in Trello. I've created a 'master new client template' in Trello which goes to all my new clients before we start working together. The amount of time and back-and-forwarding it saves is massive. The aim is to give them everything they need in one place to get set up - rather than using tons of emails. It includes loads of different links to take them to the back end of my website where everything is held for them (and calendar scheduling) including: - Signable Terms - Links to book their calls - Links to my zoom room (password etc.) - Useful Guides - Free additional resources - A list of all their appointment dates - As I coach them I upload all their additional resources in their Trello dashboard too (from a master sessions template which has lots of links again to the back end of my website) so I don't have to look for everything each time, I only have to search for the odd very specific thing for them. It is then also linked back to a secure (personal to that client) Google Drive folder where they can upload documents etc. The image gives you a feel for what one can look like. I've included random ideas as examples and it's all based on a process developed by another coach which is easily adaptable. Also Trello has a FREE version which can accommodate pretty much all you need. Hope that's helpful.
