Dear everyone, I hope you had a great start into 2025! I was actually a bit away from the interwebs to recharge my batteries. Now I am back to help you guys getting your dream career or gig in 2025. Once again, please leave all the negative thoughts and fears behind and look forward to rocking this year! Here are a few first steps you can take to get closer to your goal. First of all, you need an action plan. If you need help with this, always feel free to reach out. I am here every week during six weekly live calls to personally help you with everything you need ... and personal track feedback as long as you want! 😎 Anyway, the action plan should ignore the entire big journey ahead and only focus on the first few things we should get going: Your target industry, a dedicated demo reel that should be set up within an hour (except writing the music of course), targeted application email and message texts, 10-15 mins every day to reach out to all the opportunities and people out there. Also, if you feel a task being too big or you don't have that much time, break it down to several smaller tasks that are achievable within a few minutes/hours or a day. For example: Setting up your demo reel - Start checking your older work by picking 3-5 tracks first matching your target group. Forget about all the stuff involving writing new music and so on. Let's talk about something that is so very important to keep in mind. The Pareto Principle or the 80/20 rule! If you "analyze your life" and get the data about what is going on, no matter if you tweak tracks, optimize your template, check Facebook or notifications all day long. Being aware of this rule will increase your productivity like crazy and this is also the reason why some people get done more in less time than others. Here is a sum up of the 80/20 rule: The 80/20 Principle asserts that a minority of causes, inputs, or effort usually lead to a majority of the results, outputs, or rewards. Taken literally, this means that, for example, 80 percent of what you achieve in your job comes from 20 percent of the time spent.

Hey Community! I would love to see your logo designs for your brand/ business etc. and hear about they came to be. Evidently, I'm not a graphic designer. I spent a day learning Adobe Illustrator and mocking this up, after wasting a lot of money on Fiverr. I would love your feedback too. The treble clef is my Initials.
