As I am doing my daily interactions on here, I have noticed that we have not heard from our dear friend and Daily Motivation contributor @Gunny Khan in quite some time. I wanted to reach out to everyone to see if anyone knows if he is OK? He is such a valued member of all 3 communities and I miss interacting with him.

If you are squeamish in any way then don’t look past the first 3 photos. So what started out as a day mowing the lawns with my Trusty friend and companion, my MkII War Watch, ended in another trip to the Emergency Department after almost taking the top of my left hand middle finger. Apparently I have done a super job at missies, tendons, ligaments and the bone and hopefully only require some stitches. Any way it’s not the first time MkII has seen me bleed 🩸

Surgery Done, 24 hours minimum hospital supervision now, but more like 48 needed. I have a small drain in the area of my groin to remove any fluid that may build up, they also want to keep an eye on my pain levels and any reactions I might have, plus Still slightly medicated after the surgery 😷 Thankyou all for the prayers, thoughts and well wishes. You are all such phenomenal men within these groups.

Getting admitted for IV antibiotics as my inflammation markers are 250 (which is slightly on the high side) and apparently should be around 1-10 . Means I can’t go home with oral antibiotics. Due to the impending public holiday tomorrow unless anything gets worse overnight surgery happening Tuesday

Sorry all. I have come home from work having dizzy spells, hot and cold flushes and both my legs are aching. I think I liked enough comments to keep my 🔥 let’s hope tomorrow is a better day.
