My First Automation web app I built need a honest review
Hey, I made a short video about an automation tool I built and I need your honest feedback. Watch it once, no rewatching, then answer these questions below if you have time OR tell me just one thing: In your own words, what does this tool do? No right or wrong answer. Just write what you understood. Honest feedback only please. If you have more time: 1. In one sentence, what does this tool do? Write it in your own words, not from the video. 2. How clear was the explanation? 1 = confusing / 2 = somewhat clear / 3 = mostly clear / 4 = very clear / 5 = crystal clear 3. Was there any moment you felt lost or confused? If yes, which part? 4. After watching, would you trust this person to automate something in your business? Yes / Maybe / Not yet 5. What was the single best moment in the video? 6. What is the one thing you would change or improve? 7. Any other thoughts? No right or wrong answers. Honest feedback only please.

🚀New Video: I Turned Claude Opus 4.8 Into My Entire AI Operating System
In this video I show you how I turned Claude Opus 4.8 into my full AI operating system that runs my businesses, holds all my context, and replaces the constant tab switching between apps. I walk through the Four C's I use to build it (context, connections, capabilities, cadence), the mindset shift of working out of Claude Code by default, how I organize files and skills, and the bike method for safely giving agents more autonomy. By the end you'll know exactly how to set up your own AI OS and the trap to avoid when you start handing it real keys. GITHUB REPO

Hi @Nate Herk if "Context is king". Content is the kingdom.. keep grow your kingdom :)
Day 5 Website Builder - Can I have your opinion?
Hey everyone! 👋 I’d love your honest feedback on something I’m working on. I built a demo redesign of a real hotel’s website, and I’m thinking of pitching them a restyling. To be honest, it wasn’t an easy job — their current site has very few images, almost none to work with, so I had to get creative and work around that limitation. I’m especially interested in your take on: - First impression and overall look/feel - Clarity and user experience - What works well and what feels off - Whether this feels like a meaningful upgrade My demo:https://demo-71ozm6la5-dom-s-projects17.vercel.app hotel site: https://www.hoteldiana.biz/ Be brutally honest — it really helps. Thanks in advance!

@Eugene Cha One thing I'm not happy with: the wavy line before the footer. Everything else on the page is straight edges and clean geometry. The wave feels out of place and I'd remove it to keep the design consistent. @Domenico Maestri The footer alone is 10x better than the original. The original ends with a plain logo and address. This one closes with brand voice, navigation, social links, and a newsletter - it feels like a real brand, not an afterthought.

Hey everyone! I'm Anri, a web developer from Bulgaria. My career goal is to build a fully automated client pipeline - from first contact to project delivery - using AI tools. Outside of work, I'm exploring new ways to use tech to reclaim more time for what matters. Looking forward to connecting with everyone here!
New here. No code background. Where to start??
Hey everyone, I just joined AIS and I've already caught myself reading through too many posts instead of starting on something. For context: I'm tech-comfortable but with zero programming background. I keep seeing n8n, Claude Code, Make, and a dozen other tools and feel slightly overwhelmed. I understand that analysis paralysis is the real enemy here, so my question is this: If you were starting today with no prior coding experience, what would you actually focus on first for the fastest real-world ROI (personal, work, and then AI business)? Not looking for the "it depends" answer. What did YOU do, or wish you had done?

Honestly, after going through a lot of posts here, my take is simple: I will be start with clarity The most important things are clarity, plan, and discipline. In that order. Most people think they have a discipline problem. They don't. They have a clarity problem. When you truly know what you want and why, the plan becomes obvious and discipline follows naturally. Without clarity you're just busy. Without a plan you're just dreaming. Without discipline nothing moves. That said, getting to real clarity isn't easy - especially when you're juggling goals like building a YouTube channel, freelancing, leaving a 9-5, spending more time with family, and getting healthier all at once. Those are real goals that need a real sequence, not motivation. Here's a prompt I've been using that actually helps with this. It doesn't give you a generic plan - it diagnoses your situation first, then builds around your specific reality. Prompt: Act as a world-class life strategist, behavioral psychologist, and performance coach who specializes in identifying high-leverage changes that create disproportionate results. My current age is ....(your age)...., and my current role or life situation is average . Right now, my biggest frustrations and challenges are: .........(write here 5 things that you want to achieve).......... 1. Want to make YT Chanel about ................. 2. Want to start as freelancer ..... 3. To quit my job from 9-5 4. To have more time with my family 5. Want to start to make a regular exercise Start by guiding me through a structured, step-by-step diagnostic by asking thoughtful, specific questions across the following areas: physical health and energy (sleep, fitness, nutrition), mental clarity and emotional state, skills and career trajectory, income and financial stability, relationships and social environment, mindset and limiting beliefs, daily habits and routines, and my current environment (work, digital, physical). Also assess my long-term direction, including whether my current path aligns with my values and desired future. Once I’ve answered, deeply analyze my responses to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and blind spots. Prioritize the top 3 highest-leverage areas where focused effort will create the greatest overall improvement in my life, and clearly explain why these matter most. Then design a highly practical and personalized 90-day transformation plan that includes monthly themes or goals, weekly action steps, and simple daily habits that are realistic and sustainable.
